A potential investor with ziphouse.
Having been scammed in the past part of my due diligence ahead of investing is to meet face to face with the company seeking investment. Unfortunately Ziphouse don't understand this. Having set up a meeting for today it was cancelled in the last hour. No alternative has been suggested other than a phone call. This clearly does not meet my due diligence objectives and therefore when I said we won't be doing business Stacey just shrugged and said there's nothing that could be done. Clearly this is one place I won't be risking my capital.

I dealt with Stacey, and she made the entire process effortless. Everything that was promised was delivered exactly as agreed. After a bad experience with a large property buying company, where I was let down on the day of completion, I was understandably very sceptical. However, Stacey was true to her word from start to finish.

Everything was completed within the two-week timeframe as promised, and the communication throughout was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

Stacey dealt with our sale excellently. We were always kept informed and her drive certainly paid off!

Bunch of spammers with no regards for GDPR be carful dealing with them if they have your data.

I would strongly recommend you do not use this company. They will make an offer then claim the valuation came in too low (using a spicerhaart who are part of their business group) cancel offer and then claim to have an investor interested. They are nothing but a poor estate agent, high staff turnover, rude and incompetent staff. They dont validate or sale progress. Expect a fee for nothing without a contract whilst breaching any terms. They are useless. Sell it yourself you would be far better. I am currently preparing to take this firm to court for so many legislative breaches

Advertise upto 90%.FALSE. first line of conversation I'm told "We pay 80 to 85%. Initial offer comes through at 70% market value and that is still subject to two 'independant' valuations, who are paid by Ziphouse. (Independant, I don't think so)
