First time entering the rent-to-rent space. Shar was very helpful, advised me on what would be a good deal and also provided me with some things to look out for. Also was able to help me with some handy man work over the weekend.

As a first time landlord, getting calls from other deal sourcers was quite stressful. There was a lot I didn't know or understand. Shar, was very transparent. He assured he was on my side and was simply finding the best deal for both parties. Still in discussions with the company he introduced and I couldn't have done it without him.

Found them from a search. Contacted them and very quickly arranged a collection for the next morning. Tom came on time and was very efficient removing my item and was very pleasant. A good experience all round.
