I ordered a NON-Customized print that…
I ordered a NON-Customized print that appears to be 3-D and nothing in the description led me to believe otherwise, So imagine my disappointment to discover it is just a print (which does not look 3-D in person). They like to say “No Hassle Returns” and “No questions asked”, but that is not the case. You have to send pictures of the item with the original packaging and submit a form before they will decide if they will do anything about your order. And that was the ONLY communication I have received from the company. What they are doing should be illegal because it is a total bait and switch.
Tailored Canvas: You really should include that information on the item description. You would have a whole lot less unhappy customers if you did.
Also, I sent the images requested and submitted the form requested on August 16 and have had no response from Support since the initial email response on August 16. I do keep checking my junk folder.

If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is a SCAM. Why don't they have a way to cancel an order? Why don't they pick up their phone or answer an email? I ordered a art for $450 and within 30 minutes I called several times and left messages. I also sent emails saying urgent that I wanted to cancel the order. NO response until AFTER they shipped it to me. They say if you cancel within 24 hours then you get a refund. I canceled within minutes and now they want to offer me a PARTIAL credit. DO NOT BUY from this place. They are SHADY and deceptive. Terrible quality as well. I will tell EVERYONE I know and beyond NOT to buy from them.

Reasonably priced. Shipping done very well and timely. Comments very favorable so far from people whohave viewed the print. Included a double namging hook. I am not a big fan of double hoooks as they are hard to hang so I added a single cenet hoook.
