I moved my dog over to tails after he started getting fussy on his (expensive) brand food. The tails plan is SO convenient - delivered to your home - and is custom made for YOUR dog. My dog took to it immediately, dropped the little bit of excess weight he was carrying and was eating happily again.
That was great - but what really blew me away was when he got sick recently (probably from something he sniffed or licked whilst out walking) and we had to change his diet to fit in with vet's advice.....
Anthony - the consultant I was dealing with - bent over backwards to work out how they could help. He was SO helpful and after several bouts of going backwards and forwards with the nutrition team they've come up with a formula that meets what the vet has recommended. They even offered to discount the first batch whilst we see how he'll adjust.
It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with a company who are responsive, personally connected and who seem genuinely invested in the health of your pet.
Definitely HIGHLY recommend them too anyone else who is looking for a quality, reliable alternative to the store bought options.

I would like to say about the company tails ( dog food) I highly recommend them. They are great value for money and come with a free email service to deal with any changes in your dogs diet. There website is super easy to use. You get an email before your dogs food is to be delivered and you can make changes before it comes. This company has saved me a fortune, instead of having to get a months worth of dog food, they send 2 weeks at a time, so if your dogs doesn’t like the food you are not left with a massive bag. This company helped with food when my last dog had cancer and now are helping me raise a new puppy.
