Crap customer service. Hidden terms and conditions. They lock out existing learners if your subscription lapses, even when you have fewer than 5 active users on the account. We've lost a lot of money trying to get our LMS off the ground using these guys. Their plans are expensive.
Customer support does NOT exist
Customer support does NOT exist. Enrollment emails with link are generated up to 30 minutes later, leaving customers FUMING. Reported the issue and they've shown no interest in correcting it. However, they will double to cost of the software. So, we will be building their next competitor. It started this morning!

This company is a subscription scam. They will repeatedly ignore your requests to cancel, and will auto-charge payment methods entered into their website. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. We notified them in writing multiple times of our cancellation, and they still charged us, and then refused to refund us thousands of dollars.

Bad experience
I created there an e-learning for my company. But after 6 months (I need my employees to go through the e-leaning once a year) they deleted it without a warning. The first time they reuploaded it. But another year and the same story. Only this time they don't respond to any of my e-mails and ignore me completely. Don't recommend.

The absolute worst UI ever conceived
The absolute worst UI ever conceived. Forced to use it by my company. Have spent 1 hr trying to figure out how I can use a bunch of existing questions to a new test. No obvious way to rename the test. The questions are there, but the test itself is hidden and no way to rename the test. No good help resource and no way to contact them. Stay away.

Ease of use
I have worked in countless versions of a LMS. TalentLMS is easy to use from both a trainer end and also the trainee end. I can easily set up my courses and manage the delivery. In other systems I hated trying to generate the reports because of the filters. I never quite got the information I was looking for and found myself editing Excel spreadsheets continuously. It TalentLMS I can easily set up a report and gather all the intel needed. My users never complain about the navigation and find it easy to interact with on their own.
I would always recommend Talent to my fellow trainers.

This course builder/LMS is AWFUL
This course builder/LMS is AWFUL. It is glitchy, unpredictable and you WILL lose work. It's terribly made and difficult to navigate simple things, like quick reviewing the course or inviting a user. I was testing this on my own to look at potentially for a large organization and I would NEVER recommend this awful platform to anyone!

They deleted my account without notice!
I used the free version of TalentLMS for many years. There is a learning curve, but it does offer many options for online course content. I switched to using Wix for the majority of my online courses because it integrated better, looked better, and had a more user-friendly customer experience. I did leave one online course in TalentLMS to maintain my account. I found out the hard way that if you do not log into your account within 6 months, they delete it without telling you! Knowing what I know now, I would not use TalentLMS again. There are many better options out there.

The application is low cost and seems sophisticated. Agreed.
The application is widely touted on the web to be compatible with all of the major authoring tools. This is not the case.
3 months in, support stopped responding in regards to the application not saving scores. The problem seems to be they only support SCORM 1.2 and the usual smattering of xAPI and CMI offerings. None of these capture the score. After three months of screwing with this everyday it was discovered that Talent LMS needs the score in a particular variable that is not used by the usual authoring tools. Our friends at Grassblade pointed this out in detail.
That's fine. Three months of our lives gone. They have stopped responding to my refund request. NOw it is the principle behind it so I had to file a small claims action. They can drive to my dinky town and defend themselves.

Automatically renewed subscription and charged $708 on a new card despite having cancelled old card.
Waiting for customer service to refund, watch this space.

Contacted by customer service after 48 hours by rising ticket.

The best in user experience and trainee coaching.
I started with Thinkific but…
I started with Thinkific but transitioned to TalentLMS. My reason for 4 stars is because of the trade off. In Thinkific, you can upload HD quality videos without having to compress them. But you have to upgrade to time release content. With TalentLMS however, you can time release content but you have to compress videos, thereby compromising quality. Overall, I think that with TalentLMS, you get more bang for your buck.

Talent LMS was perfect for our needs
Talent LMS was perfect for our needs. We only need to do one course once a year and all the other competitors were much more expensive. All the basic features are there but it does not have all the features of the bigger LMS companies. If you are just getting started or do not have a lot of people to train or you have a simple class like we do, TalentLMS worked really well for us.

Very intuitive
User friendly interfaces, very intuitive. Love the simple course creation function - just drag and drop. One advice is to have offline queuing function so learners can do assignment offline then upload when there's wifi/internet.

Long time happy user
I've used TalentLMS for both professional (10k+ users, 200+ multi-tenant environments) and personal account to showcase my work. It has all of the necessary features without some of the higher-end features, making it a very clean interface emphasizing ease of use. In other words, its feature-rich where 98% of users will be satisfied. I'va also found the platform to be very stable with little down-time, and customer support is also very good. The fact that it is one of the least expensive products in the market makes this a fantastic choice for nearly all applications.

I tried TalentLMS alongside one of…
I tried TalentLMS alongside one of their competitors. We decided to go with the competitor even though the price was higher. The reason mostly boiled down to user-friendliness and design. I found it more difficult to create content in TalentLMS than the competitor. One time I even lost an hour of work due to lack of an autosave feature. Also we couldn't get the software looking as spiffy as we'd like design-wise. A good, functional, product for an excellent price. But somewhat lacking in areas important to us.
