information on sizes would be great
i was looking for a spare part for a kitchen tap and was struggling to find it. i contacted tap spares because it looked like you had a part which might match but was unsure of the size of the parts you had. so i phoned and asked and was put through to the warehouse who i was told should be able to help. they could not offer any help on the dimensions of the parts to see if it was the correct size for what i needed. so i ordered a number of versions of the same part in desperation to discover none of them were close to fitting. so it was not a great experience overall. not terrible but not great.

We’re sorry to hear you were unable to find the correct replacement part. We can see that you contacted us twice regarding this query, and on both occasions we advised that the tap was not one of our products and had been purchased through a third party.
As a result, we were unable to guarantee that any of our spare parts would be compatible, and we recommended checking other specialist spare parts websites to help identify the correct component.

Fitting instructions were emailed.
