This was the first time that I have interaction with the Abode kitchen tap company. I am pleased to say the experience was great. They were kind, respectful and most importantly of all efficient.
I received my replacement valves within two days. The delivery driver left my goods in a safe.

I ordered a part that was very urgent on a Friday morning. I emailed the late afternoon on the day before when they were closed with photographs and details of the part in an attempt to confirm part and availability.

I phoned twice on Friday and spoke to two Yorkshire accented ladies, who were really lovely and understanding. I was unable to use my kitchen sink until I had the part.

I received the correct part on Sunday, amazing service, thank you so much!

The taps spares I purchased were reasonably priced. Their sales team were good, efficient and knowledgeable.They advised me as to how to deal with a particular issue pertaining to the disc valves I needed to replace on my Orcus tap. Having initially purchased the replacement disc valves, my plumber took the old valves out and declared that the new replacements were the wrong size. They were too small. When I spoke to Tap Spares about this, they explained that often the disc valve gets calcified and stuck to the valve bush (it’s like the container for the disc valve) and so I should buy replacement valve bushes as well. I engaged a different Plumber second time round. Everything went very smoothly. And the disc valves, and valve bushes all worked a treat.
