Very easy to deal with, got lots of help with filing out the forms and answered questions promptly.

Great service, excellent communication. We experienced some delays but none were the fault of Taurus and they kept us updated every step of the way.

From the initial feedback from my quote request, through the assistance with paperwork and physical movement of my car in NZ, to the arrival and import processes in AUS, I was most satisfied with all Taurus employees.

Dealing with Richard Hack for the NZ half of my motorcycle shipment to Australia was very difficult. Infomation was staggered and reactive. Jessica proved to be more proactive. However my experience at the Australian port was terrible. With very little infomation I found myself in the trucking que of a comercial collection site. From there I was shocked to find I had to de-crate the bike myself. The battery and petrol were removed, none of which I was spoken to/warned about. (Upon review it was pointed out to me in the fine print). All in all for a stressful enough time such as immigration, dealing with Taurus was not a pleasant or helpful experience.

Customer service focused. Barbara Redway couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely use Taurus Logistics again. Highly recommend!

Actual cost exceeded quote by about $1000AU not including extra costs not included in the quote. Motorbike arrived eventually after multiple delays and it was damaged due to poor restraints. No responsibility accepted by Taurus Logistics at all.
Reply... All the cost you mentioned were agreed to and payed separately.
Not including these extras the bill was still nearly $1000AU over the quote.
I have done the repairs myself so have no recipes to fill in your claim. Witch you advised me would not be approved unless fault was proven and you deny this.
