Excellent communication all the way through

First time at this freighting thing from overseas but needed to be done and urgently. This company came through with 100% intake. Really so pleased with the end results. At first just was so nervous about it all and not calm at all. I think I must have annoyed them so much but they kept their promise and came through with flying results. It’s hard to make a decision to choose a company to shipping my car from Auckland to Australia. After some researching, I choose Taurus to do this job. They give a reasonable quote , they also have long history and professional knowledge back up for the case. All the staffs work there all quite patient and nice to answer my questions and email. Although I need wait my car for twice times inspect and quarantine in Australia, it’s take a while. They still doing good job to solve all the problems about export and import processing. Thanks to all the Taurus staff both work at New Zealand and Australia. They are excellent ! Definitely highly recommended!
