Just been to the shop to buy my usual bags of Lazy Sunday coffee. It appears that the weight of the contents has gone down from 227g to 200g, unfortunately the price hasn't followed suit. It's a shame they have decided to raise the price by stealth hoping no one would notice.

So sad Taylors have stopped selling our Mandarin & Ginger Tea Bags in the UK
I was buying them for years
Amazon only have for the USA
So much for British Brexit
I can't travel to the Netherlands Amsterdam to buy them
I appreciate your 1 off box in the post but really do I have to beg for you yo please sell in the UK
Holland and Barrett use to do them

I can't even see them in the Holland and Barrett in Bijlmer Amsterdam when I was over there
I was told you still stock them

I emailed them to comment that a recent batch of their lovely "Rich Italian Coffee bags" had had some production issues .... and they responded the same day suggesting what had gone wrong and offering to prove replacements. Excellent quick, hassle-free and effective customer service.

My opinion is that Taylors produce quality coffee at a reasonable price. (Not the coffee bags, but the coffee beans). I bought 1kg Rich Italian beans. At first I found I was getting a bitter after taste so I contacted Taylors and less than 24 hours later had a charming reply apologising that I wasn't enjoying the blend but suggesting that I try a coarser grind. I knew to use a coarser grind for cafetières and finer for filters but I use the pour over method now and apparently that needs a coarser grind too. It makes for a more mellow taste.

Coffee bags……this company’s coffee bags, THE worst taste ever, leaves grit in the cup, absolutely vile. When you email them they don’t even reply! Do yourself a favour buy a proper brand of bean!

Now when I watched the tv commercial, I thought great idea coffee bags brilliant, expecting a price related to a jar of decent coffee then I priced them up, What !£3.30 for ten coffee bags, 33p each , you must be joking, sorry but just not worth price

I bought their new coffee bags wanting to try. £3.50 in the co-op , expensive.
As I opened the box it says decaff inside & nowhere on the outside at all.
I wrote to them asking for a replacement, as I don’t drink decaffe, & explained how unclear their packaging is.
They wrote back saying there was info about the decaffe on the outside of the box. I’ve had to photograph to send back. I will never use this company again.

I purchased Earl Grey tea from Taylors of Harrogate in 2022. It was my first time sampling the brand, however, I saw many positive reviews. I do not agree: the tea lacks flavor, distinct from being a delicate tea. Also, once I removed the protective plastic from the box, there was a white powder covering the box (I found this off: most often the residue, if any, is similar in color to the tea leaves). I will not buy again. I feel ripped off.

I go hiking and camping and as a coffee drinker there is nothing I miss more than a cup of fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Put off with the faff and mess of traditional ground coffee. Along comes taylors of Harrogate coffee bags Wow amazing no fuss ground coffee in a bag, just pop it in your mug and add boiling water, give it a stir and let it brew a couple of minutes remove bag giving it a squeeze then add coffee whitener if required. Sit down and relax and enjoy your quality brewed coffee. Anytime anywhere

I'm fussy about coffee, always looking for a treat, often dissapointed, but not with this brand and system. Don't need a fancy machine, just a cup and a spoon.

Taylors have a 'wonderful' scheme that has a money back guarantee if you don't like their coffee. A Waitrose delivery swap changed the type of Taylors coffee from my normal to a blend that I really didn't like. Jolly good I thought, Taylors will refund me as per their marketing guff. Guff it turned out to be as Taylors demands for proof of purchase took me through two crashing websites and two e-mails before I saw the money back offer for what it was. Money back? Of course not!

Best coffees ever, period.

It used to be a brand you could depend on, but no longer. The management are surely to blame, valuing cheap ostentation above a quality product.

I love my daily cup of coffee, but it has to be good coffee. Sadly, during the lock-down I've had to forego my visits to local coffee shops for decent barista brews. I only want to make one cup at a time but have no interest in instant coffee... My daughter suggested Taylor's Coffee Bags and very kindly ordered some for me. It's very easy to make in a cup and, once I'd found the correct amount of boiling water to use to suit my taste, produces truly excellent brews. I shall certainly re-order.

Very disappointed with 3.25 kg sack as they use DIFFERENT teabags to usual. I ordered from Taylor's to Spain as Spanish tea tastes like dishwasher and friends often have sent me this tea in boxes. Well, the 3.25 kg is dishwasher with one bag and very bitter with 2. What a rip off.
