Les envías solicitud de cancelación y con la información de que en la Unión Europea tienes derecho a cancelar la compra aunque ellos pongan condiciones diferentes (e ilegales). El pago va a una cuenta que pone Dubai y nombre extraño. Pero solo lo ves cuando ya has hecho el pago. Cuando el banco les ha hecho la solicitud de devolver el dinero te escriben un mail diciendo que piensan enviar todo al banco y pruebas de que ellos ponen que no se aceptan devoluciones (creyendo que así es más legal 🙄). Si miras la página web todas las reseñas son falsas. Y si miras en Wallapop (ahí los conocí por desgracia) ves que la mayoría de opiniones vienen de cuentas ahora desactivadas (qué casualidad). No seais tan confiados como yo fui que se han llevado 500 euros míos y no parece que lo piensen devolver.

Es una estafa!
Es una estafa!! ponen anuncios atractivos en wallapop, vinted y Cardmarket pero luego te llevan a su web para que pagues y te hacen el lio.
Reserve la preventa de OP13 que el reprint era en mayo, y ahora han modificado el anuncio a julio y les he reclamado el dinero y me han bloqueado.
Envias el dinero a una LLC en Estados Unidos asi que denunciar es muy dificil, tener cuidado.
Hay un grupo de Telegram de afectados para gestionar las denuncias.
Todas las reviews de la web son falsas, de hecho es que no son ni reviews, son imagenes copiadas y pegadas, no son texto de reviews en ninguna plataforma que se pueda seguir con un enlace.

Lamentamos su experiencia.
Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que los productos adquiridos se vendieron claramente como artículos en PREVENTA. Esta información se mostraba en los títulos y descripciones de los productos, en la Política de Envíos y en los Términos de Servicio, y se confirmó durante el proceso de compra antes del pago.
Como ocurre con todos los productos en PREVENTA, el envío solo se realiza una vez que los productos se lanzan oficialmente y están disponibles a través del distribuidor/fabricante. Al momento de presentar la reclamación, los productos aún no habían alcanzado su fecha de lanzamiento oficial y, por lo tanto, el envío aún no era posible.
Tampoco recibimos ninguna comunicación previa solicitando asistencia, aclaración o cancelación antes de que se presentara la reclamación y la revisión. Nuestro equipo de soporte está siempre disponible para ayudar directamente a los clientes y resolver sus inquietudes siempre que sea posible.
Rechazamos categóricamente las acusaciones falsas o engañosas sobre nuestras prácticas comerciales. Nos tomamos muy en serio las declaraciones públicas que puedan dañar la reputación de nuestra empresa y nos reservamos todos los derechos con respecto a las reclamaciones difamatorias o a sabiendas falsas.
A pesar de esta situación, seguimos a su disposición para brindarle asistencia adicional y aclarar el asunto de manera profesional.
Estafadores
Estafadores, te hablan por wallapop, no devuelven el pago que tienes que hacer por su pagina web sin garantía ninguna, por tarjeta o por transferencia, el banco tiene que esperar a que consolide el pago para hacer una denuncia en comisaría y ahí ya has perdido tu dinero.

As with all PRE-ORDER products, shipment can only occur once the products are officially released and available from the distributor/manufacturer. At the time the claim was opened, the products had not yet reached their official release date and shipment was therefore not yet possible.
We also did not receive any prior contact requesting assistance, clarification, or cancellation before the dispute and review were submitted. Our support team is always available to help customers directly and resolve concerns whenever possible.
We strongly reject false or misleading allegations regarding our business practices. Public statements that may damage the reputation of our company are taken seriously, and we reserve all rights regarding defamatory or knowingly false claims.
Despite this situation, we remain available to assist further and clarify the matter professionally.

Es un estafa, no perdáis el dinero
Este individuo te manda desde Vinted y Wallapop a su página online para que pagues a través de su página y posteriormente te bloquea, y te habla de forma amenazante.
No caigas, ES UNA ESTAFA!
Obviamente el resto de reseñas son falsas, que las ha comprado o puesto el mismo
