Ordered a 3 month supply and used the maximum dose.
I knew that dog tumors were difficult to treat, but I didn't want to give up. I ordered Baituxiao for months and hope to get help.

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced with the delay in receiving your order. I understand how disappointing this situation must be, and I am sorry that it has caused such inconvenience.
I would like to explain that international shipping can sometimes be unpredictable due to the requirement for customs clearance in both the exporting and importing countries. While we strive to ship our products promptly, delays can still occur due to factors beyond our control once the packages are handed over to the courier services.
We have been in touch with Pos Malaysia to expedite the delivery of your package as soon as possible. Additionally, we are actively working on expanding our network of overseas warehouses in various countries to prevent such delays in the future. We currently have two operational warehouses in the United States, which should help us improve our delivery times significantly.
Once again, I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience it has caused. We greatly value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
TCMVET

If you want your product, order from Amazon!!
I ordered this product a week ago. Before I even received it, I was asked to make a review. I was sent a tracking number that doesn’t work, and then was told that although they usually ship from Amazon, their supply was low, so they shipped mine from CHINA. If I would have known they were doing that, I wouldn’t have ordered. I expected this to arrive in 3-5 days with them using Amazon for delivery. Now the chat doesn’t seem to be working on their end and I have no way to find out when or IF I will receive this. Oh, and I paid 15.00 for shipping!!!!! 🤬

Dear Dana,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
As we mentioned in our previous communication, due to unforeseen circumstances including limited stock availability at our Amazon facility, your order was shipped directly from China, which has affected the expected delivery time. We are actively working to resolve the tracking issue with our logistics partner to provide you with updates as soon as possible.
We value your business and are committed to ensuring that your concerns are addressed. Please check your email for more detailed information and options we might offer to remedy this situation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Warm regards,
TCMVET
