One of the best gaming companies out there. They make awesome content and always deliver orders on time. Been buying from them for 10+ years. They always have the beat on the industry, and seem to find the best games to support.

One of the best companies in the space. Really understands what tabletop gamers want and how to make it easier for customers to get what they want without hassle. The subscription programs are perfect for someone that wants things to arrive at their doorstep regularly without having to worry about booking tons of different preorders or figuring out where they will find supply.

I placed multiple orders with Team Covenant and have had a number of conversations with their customer service team through the years. The products ordered were as advertised and arrived within expected timeframes. International shipping to Australia was more than I was willinf to pay, but on par with other smaller, independent US retailers. Customer support were helpful in identifying product dimensions so that I was able to use a reshipping service to keep costs down.

I've used Covenant for years for game subscriptions, as well as for online content. There's literally no one better. Thanks guys!

Have ordered from TC multiple times and have had amazing experiences every time. Their interface is super easy to use and they ship almost immediately. The customer service is top notch and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the entire experience.

I purchased my Sorcery: Contested Realms Gothic product from Team Covenant at release for the new set. It was great to receive the product at MSRP with bonus promotional materials, but what really made me love getting my product from Team Covenant is knowing what they do for the community. I watched their preview live streams of the new set, which got me excited. And was blown away with their dedication to the community by rushing product out to the European Sorcery gathering Sorcerers at the Core when the official distribution to Europe was delayed and risked ruining the event that had been months in the making. They care about supporting independent companies and the gaming community, and it comes through in how the sell what they sell. They literally saved a massive community event when customs issues almost wrecked it. I am such a huge fan of the content they create and the actions they take to support the community that plays these incredible games.

They have been one of the easiest to work with throughout a decade of individual purchases. And the extra effort and content they provide during the process is above and beyond.

Ordered Sorcery TCG boxes multiple times for international shipment to the UK and had a really great experience each time.

Whenever I emailed with a query on an order they were also quick to respond and answer my questions.

I'm sad to see negative reviews here. This is one of the best companies you could do business with. They truly care about the games they support and cultivate real relationships with both the game producers and the gaming customers. I've had multiple Covenant subscriptions for years and have been very happy with their excellent customer service. Even though I could buy some of the games I follow locally, I prefer to support Covenant because I know they actually care about doing a good job (rather than merely trying to make a profit).

Thier promotions are awesome and pricing is extremely fair. As retailers go they do a great job. Inhad a problem recently with an order. I sent a message and it was fixed the next day perfectly.
