I've been an active Team Covenant customer for over 5 years now. Not only is their selection and shipping speed great, but the company is full of fantastic people. I've had very few issues over the years and every one was addressed quickly and with care.

They also put a lot of time and effort into growing a thriving community full of really great people even when it costs the company itself money.

During my initial season of entering sorcery contested realm they were always my source for cheap beta boxes. Then a year later had the opportunity to buy a Dragonlord set at what I thought would be the regular price and bam! Through the roof it went. So felt great getting on that early so that I could get my hands on it. Love the guys, love the gaming session and feel pretty good about selection and prices as well. Would def recommend to a stranger or someone close to me.

My gaming group got extremely into Arkham horror the card game. Wanting to explore more of the legacy card game space we gave marvel champions a try and we took to that immediately.

The thing that became quickly apparent is keeping up with releases is tedious. The channels for communication of what is coming out when are not great.

We found team covenant, and it has honestly been a huge time saver. If a new release is coming up, we get an email straight to our email. We can view what is coming out in the release, if we don't want it, we opt out of the wave, and if we do, they ship it straight to me.

They are focused on keeping their fingers on the pulse of the LCG market and have helped us find other games like earthborn rangers that match our taste.

I think their service is a must have for everyone that has become enamoured with an LCG.

I have ordered from them a couple of times. They sell excellent independent collectible games and great custom accessories for these games. I received my products on time and in good condition to an address on the other side of the world.

All of my deliveries have been greatly handled and executed promptly.

They provide exactly the service they describe (distributing board and card games, on a subscription model), and are as transparent as they can be about delays and internal obstacles.

When you have issues, their customer service works quickly and earnestly to resolve them (if it is within their power to do so).

They do great work in a tough business. A card game I ordered through them had many manufacturing delays and arrived missing cards. They communicated regularly about the manufacturing delays (even though they aren't the manufacturer), and promptly replaced my missing cards within a day of me reporting it.

While there might be a slight premium to participate in Team Covenant's Subscription program...it is worth it.

A simple "set it and forget it" ordering process for games with frequent expansions removes any drama of forgetting to grab a hot, new item or dashing out to a not-so-local store.

I’ve been a proud customer for 3 years now and I’ve been very grateful that I can lock in an MSRP preorder for a product I want without any hassle. Their website and service has seen a few overhauls over the years and is in a very polished and professional spot.

Business aspect aside, I like shopping with Team Covenant because I know their gaming product selection is curated and guaranteed to be a worthwhile purchase. Whether it’s high quality storage boxes or a new living card game launch, the guys at TC know their stuff, playtest the crap out of it, and make sure their customers are informed before clicking on “Buy”.

Covenant have been super helpful with helping me get into Earthborne Rangers. Their website is easy to navigate and very clear about what it offers, and their customer service is very quick to respond. I had an issue with purchasing using a credit card (my fault, wrong address on the card) and they were fast to soothe my worries. When my product arrived, I was missing a single card and when I mentioned it on their Discord, they promptly sent me a replacement which I received within two days and which even had a protective cover to keep it safe and sound. They are the best board/card gaming company I've ever done business with!

My latest transaction with them is from last month when they delivered the latest release from Sorcery: Contested Realm on release weekend with no issues. This is despite horrible ice storms and the holiday season tearing up our shipping infrastructure.

The company has always delivered the products to the highest standard. From communication, packaging to delivery they have set the bar.

I’ve had multiple subscriptions from Team Covenant and I’ve had to reach out several times for some help and every time they have been very responsive and taken care of everything. Easy to work with. Easy to order. Honest company.

I want to say with 100% confidence that I have had nothing but good experiences with Team Covenant. From the early orders of alpha clash to their new subscription service, everything has been great. Orders also often show up at least 2 to 3 days before the expected delivery date. Packaging is always in excellent condition, wouldn't order my alpha clash through any other distribution even if there was one.
