Great service
Really pleased with the Lenovo laptop (the specific model I needed as a replacement) that was delivered promptly, and well packaged. Really good HW condition, and Windows 11 and drivers recently updated, and the Lenovo diagnostics all passed fine. Now I have all the apps and data now fully migrated and up and running again. Excellent service.

Accurately described, very good condition refurbished machine
I am honestly so impressed with Tec-it-out. I ordered a Zbook Studio G8 in good condition and it arrived with some very light scratching to the side panels and one mark on the bottom. Very impressed. Let me give you some backstory because this is attempt 4 at getting a Zbook I’m satisfied with. The first one I ordered was from backmarket but arrived with the wrong graphics card. The second one was from laptopsDirect which promised “excellent condition - as new” but arrived with a big dent out of the corner, marks over the lid and absolutely filthy, I requested a replacement and was assured it would be checked, so the 3rd arrived…with a big scratch across the lid, and gouges to the metal frame.
Tec-it-out provided a better spec laptop (1 year newer) and £30 cheaper than the others. I wouldn’t say it was better condition than described; because it does have a few very minor marks to the side and bottom, but in my opinion this is what a “good” product should be marketed at! Very clean machine and exactly what I wanted!

Thank you for such a detailed review, Emma. After the experience you’d had trying to find the right ZBook elsewhere, we’re especially pleased that the one from us finally matched your expectations. We try to grade our machines as accurately and fairly as possible, so your comments about the condition mean a lot. Really glad you ended up with the spec you wanted at a better price too. Enjoy the ZBook!

Refurbished Macbook Air
My refurbished MacBook Air is in a superb condition including its battery health despite being listed as “fair” due to sticker marks on the lid which are barely visible. Bought through Backmarket website. Really fast delivery. Highly recommended.
