27-inch Lenovo with hardware failure
I bought a refurbished 27-inch Lenovo Think vision P27h-20 via BackMarket.
I suspected something was wrong when I opened the box and found a proof of purchase from a month ago, including the full name, address and method of payment of the previous customer.
My suspicion was confirmed when I plugged the screen and found out that the bottom quarter displays persistent horizontal white lines.
The screen is now back in the box, without my personal information, just in case they decide to sell it again next month.

Following our investigation, it appears that the shipping label may have become detached whilst in DPD's network and been applied to another parcel, resulting in you receiving the incorrect order. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
A full refund has now been processed, and we appreciate you returning the monitor. This is now being investigated by DPD to see what exactly went wrong to avoid it happening again.

Lenovo X1 laptop windows not installed.
Purchased a Lenovo X1 laptop. Very good condition. Unfortunately, laptop only came with an unregistered version of windows 11 pro and wasn't wiped, with a user already added. I was unable to change any personal information like user name or personalise the laptop. When attempting to sort the issue I was only offered a refund when previously told it could be fixed remotely. I didn't understand why a product key couldn't be sent to solve the issue. I was unsure I would receive the laptop back and being the model I particularly wanted, I purchased a copy of windows 11 pro. Laptop has been perfect since.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.
I’d been searching for a renewed MacBook M1 Pro for a while, but most of the options I saw on Amazon weren’t in great condition, which made me hesitant. The closest alternative I considered was Back Market, but they couldn’t come close on pricing for the same condition — what I got for £670 was listed there for over £1100.
I eventually decided to go with Tec-it-out, and I’m really glad I did.
The machine is absolutely brilliant — it looks almost brand new and works perfectly. It also came complete with a charger and cable, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, a smooth experience and incredible value for money. I’d definitely recommend Tec-it-out to anyone looking for high-quality renewed devices.

Optiplex 3050 mff
Purchased Optiplex 3050 mff and on booting found I had a bootguard failure. I notified Charlie at tec-it-out and after a brief exchange on ebay he offered a refund or repair.
I guessed it was something minor so I plumped for repair. Was emailed a return label and four days later received working machine.
I think I should have mentioned the date/time was not being held. But as I know a fair bit about PCs I replaced the CR2032 battery. Of course this means I had to break the warranty seal meaning its now out of warranty. For me that's not an issue. Good service anyway.

Very reasonable price for a fully functioning laptop. The delivery was very fast. I had an issue with the sound which was a little annoying but I managed to sort it out myself. I had an email response within half an hour. I'd definitely purchase a other laptop from these guys without hesitation.
