Excellent Experience and Great Value for Money!
I bought Lenovo ThinkPad from Tec-It-Out and I could not be happier. The laptop is great, really fast and very well made. The laptop is a great value for money! The website said that it was in excellent condition, and indeed it arrived in near perfect condition. The battery health indicator is still showing 100% battery capacity, and indeed the laptop can run many hours when unplugged. The shipping was very fast, I received the package within one day, and the laptop was protected very well. The laptop was packed into a very sturdy, thick bubble sleeve, and that was packed into a sturdy box, so there was no chance for the courier to damage the computer. Thank you very much!

Great seller for refurbished tech
Purchased an open-box MacBook for a very reasonable price compared to competitors. It arrived quickly and looked brand new with the box and all of the cables included. The machine is faultless as described and I would definitely use them again to buy refurbished tech.
I also appreciate the fact that I have a 1 year warranty should anything go wrong!

Fantastic service with lovely touches
I bought a refurbished M1 MacBook Air from Tec-It-Out via the Backmarket website. It is in fantastic condition and working perfectly. I’m in no doubt that I’ll get years of use out of this machine, and I've been impressed by the quality of Tec-It-Out’s customer experience. The QR sticker that says ‘Scan for anything we can help with’ was a really nice touch. Thank you very much!

The laptop is absolutely great
The laptop is absolutely great. I selected the "one day delivery" option and the laptop arrived the next day! It was packed very well, and it was well protected. DPD also sent information about the expected one hour delivery window, so the package collection was very convenient. The laptop itself is amazing and it is a great value for money. The device was indeed in excellent condition as stated on the website. The laptop was perfectly clean/spotless, and I could barely tell that it was used. The price was also better than anywhere else I could find at the time, and I also found a discount code, making the deal from Tec-It-Out just unbeatable. The laptop is blazing fast and very high quality. I will definitely come back to Tec-It-Out in the future when I need to buy another laptop.
