There was delay with my order because…
There was delay with my order because the item was out of stock. When I followed up on the progress of my order, Techpowerup were apologetic for the delay and offerred to swap the item for a more expensive (+$35) stocked item, or to refund my order. I accepted the swap, then received my order the next day (in Regional NSW). Techpowerup were very responsive to my query and I was very impressed with their service and the outcome.

The problem i have is your pictures of the item (socket) imply the socket is an impact socket but you sent me a chrome socket

Credit where due - good communication and customer service.
I placed an order and had confirmation pretty quickly that there was a bit of a mix up and that there was no stock of the item.
Jon got in touch explaining the situation and offering solutions and alternatives. Ultimately I arranged a refund, but I wanted to give credit where due and share the good customer service I experienced despite the initial setback.

Ordered from tech power up after another supplier fell through on me. Tech power up was great, I ordered the item on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday and was at my door Thursday. All for 10% less than the original supplier who failed to fulfil my order after 2 months. I would recommend tech power up to anyone looking for quality products and service.
