A great bench, settled handsomely in the garden. I had an issue with just one of the screws during assembly. My own ineptitude. It did not fully insert into its hole but it is out of sight & firmly fixed. Delivery from Germany was prompt.
Low maintenance par excellence in the garden so on a par with aluminium benches for labour saving.

The chairs are well made and comfortable. They were reasonably easy to put together (I got someone to do it)
And look good in the garden. My only regret is that they don't recline, the footrest just goes up a little, but it doesn’t affect their use. I would also have liked to be able to buy a custom made weather cover for them. I am pleased with them.

From prices to ordering and receiving my order, the process was transparent and easy. Even when I made a query about my delivery, it was dealt with promptly and very well.

Great communication, fsst delivery. good communication Only 4 stars as dont offer free returns apart from that no complaint.

happy with are sofa set. Used the assembly video - it did take longer because only 3/4 items had the sticker letters on. Perhaps it wold be better to fasten the stickers around the item so they do not fall off.

Very poor. Bought a camping table which isn't faulty (apparently) but not fit for purpose as the top slides off the frame at slightest push. I raised this as soon as I got back from my two week trip, about 3 weeks after I ordered and they have refused to let me return it as it's outside the usual 14 day window. Asked to speak to some one to escalate the matter several times and just kept getting batted back. Very poor service, very poor product!

The product was very poor quality however despite communication with customer services being limited to certain times of the day only, collection of the product and a full refund was dealt with efficiently
