After ordering my dog ramp i was emailed to say it had been dispatched, the communication from Tec take ltd was excellent, keeping me informed all the way until I received it. The ramp itself is fab, just what I needed. I would definetly use this company again and would highly recommend them to others. Many thanks. 5 ☆

Excellent service and I am very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately I damaged the foot of the sun loungers that I purchased during assembly. TecTake promptly replaced the part, free of charge.

Great customer service. Unfortunately we had a part missing as the packaging was damaged. When we flagged this with the team we were immediately offered a small refund to cover the cost of finding our own alternative part.
Brilliant product, well made, it has made our decorating so much easier.

Do not order from this company. Fail to deliver goods when we ordered a garden set. Fail to reply to emails and there phone line is always down. Countless emails sent and they do not answer you at all. Total scam company. Stay away.

Product perfect and very good quality , we just assembled it and topper is great with two colours option grey and cream and weather proof covers , comfortable and good value for money , allow for delivery from Adrian’s but worth the wait , l will review after a month

Ordered goods on 24.5.2026 with 3-5 day delivery stated on Website.............. goods have still not been received.
Tried to call their customer service number during the hours advertised on several occasions - you just get recorded message stating no advisors available.
Have emailed requesting refund ... no response.
I certainly would never recommend this Company

Tectake take your money and then do not respond. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Order and delivery experience was good and 2 Oceana sunbeds were delivered on time and well packaged.
When assembling the sunbeds we discovered a problem which would cause damage.
As instructed we rang the number provided and got a “no one available” message.
We then sent an email to the UK address and also a copy to the German address.
Having no response we then sent a message via their customer service portal and telephoned on 2 more days.
Still no reply.
Not sure what is going on but seems to contradict the views on this page

Ordering was simple and we love the quality and finish of the chairs.

Delivery was a little on the slow side.

Left a review 10 days ago on here where I finally recieved an email response so as thats the only way to get a response ill try again on here as i did reply, still no product, still no refund, silence yet again, ridiculous!
Ordered on the 16th may, still not here, passing the blame and reading the reviews here again anyone ordering in may has been screwed over.
You offered no refund so product could be purchased elsewhere, noone has money to waste these days! Mentioned on one persons review here you compensated them but that was probably a lie too. Seems like you guys just take the money and keep it, such a scam with the trackers not adding up either.
The stress and disappointment caused by this whole situation for not only me but for family whom the product was intended for, shouldnt have to be chasing simple customer service constantly, its really not worth ordering from this company.

Ordered lounger on 27th May for delivery between 2nd and 4th June. No update since 2nd June. I have emailed twice and tried phoning, but no agents available. Money was taken on 27th May. If I don’t have a quick response I shall be asking for a chargeback from Tesco bank. And as soon as review goes live I get an email saying it’s the fault of parcelforce, even though tracking still says it is with Gls.

I don’t think much regarding their customer service and been waiting for my item to arrive since ordering on 24th may and having previously put a review regarding this company how to avoid them and how they don’t respond to emails or phone. Well what a surprise my item came today 😳 though I haven’t opened it yet. But I would still avoid ordering from them again but that’s just my own opinion and choice

I have ordered a greenhouse and i strongly advise anyone from ordering from this place,my order has not arrive,when ask why there is no Communication.anywere this is a scam firm that only want your money,i have sent loads of emails but no reply to my questions,stayed in for days waiting for delivery, asked for refund but nothing .i am now seeking a solicitor to take to small claims,

After significant delivery issues and a complete lack of communication, I was eventually offered a full refund. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I am still waiting for confirmation that the refund has actually been processed.

What is most frustrating is that the only time I seem to receive a response is when I leave a public review. Emails are ignored, and I am left chasing for updates that should have been provided proactively.

As a mum to a 6-month-old baby and someone trying to start a new business, I do not have time to continually follow up on a matter that was already agreed upon.

Poor communication, poor customer service, and an unnecessarily stressful experience from start to finish. I am still awaiting confirmation that my refund has been processed.

Order placed on the 24th May. I have only received part of the order. No updates on the remaining items. No response from the company. I have no option but to contact my credit card company and charge it back. AVOID this company!

Having ordered on 18th May hope was out with speed of tracking urls. After chasing on day 7 (of 3-5 delivery) got told they're with parcelforce and given other tracking urls. Tracked using those and the next day item 2 of 2 turned up - no sign of item 1. Multiple emails later and I'm being blanked. And the phone numbers don't work at all (always blocked by a "please email us" response) - currently 250 gbp down, and being ghosted. Avoid
