I ordered 3 items during a Spring Sale. All items, in their correct color and sizes, were shipped (presumably from West coast to East) and received 8 days after purchase (5 business days). The quality is great and the colors are vibrant. The cost was a bit expensive, even with the sale, but I got everything as expected with no hassle. My experience with this transaction was A+.

Though I likely won’t make another purchase, I would highly recommend this store.

Took about 2 weeks to arrive to Sydney. Not too long of a wait considering it’s coming from another country. Item arrived in perfect condition. Will purchase again.

I made my first Teddy Fresh purchase as a birthday present for myself. I bought one of the melting logo tees from the February 2022 drop, the spiced brown one. I’m a bigger girl, but I usually wear XL for a tighter fit, 2X for a looser fit and 3X if I want the oversized tee look. Now I knew Teddy Fresh was known for running small so I ordered a 3X for a looser fit. It arrived about a week and a half later (I’m in the US) and I tried it on immediately to find it fit very weirdly. The top half was loose, but the bottom half hugs my hips pretty snuggly. Now reminder, I ordered a 3X and every other 3X I’ve ever gotten has been very loose on me, oversized tee fit. I was super sad because I don’t like the way it fits me and 3X is their largest size. I can only imagine someone who actually wears a 3X wouldn’t fit which really sucks! I love Teddy Fresh’s designs, but the sizes are very misleading. Thinking of cropping the shirt because as it is right now I don’t want to wear it, but I love the color and embroidery so much!

I love Teddy Fresh clothes, the designs are really great and the fabrics used are high quality. I just wish they were a little cheaper and set up better for shipping to the UK. Postage prices are insane! It means that I'll never return anything too, so that makes me reluctant to buy sometimes. But that's just a slight niggle. Oh and some plus size female clothes would be good as some friends would love to wear some pieces but they're much too small.

Great customer service in the times I've had to use them - where socks I bought frayed on first wear. Probably shouldn't have frayed in the first place, but glad they replaced them and shipped them to me for free too!

Problem with living in the UK is that shipping is super expensive... sometimes it almost doubles the price of your shopping cart if you've only got a couple of items (anywhere from $15-30 shipping maybe?)

I've gotten a hoodie, t-shirt, and socks from Teddy Fresh and the quality of all has been pretty good - like I said, socks were a bit naff but the second pair were okay!

!!Tip for Europeans!!! The sizes are a bit off compared to Europe*woman sizes*, I received an S and usually S fits me perfectly, or it is too small and I end up with M, but this S for the hoodie is basically an M for me, so watch out for sizes-if you are S order XS just to be sure). My boyfriend surprised me for my Birthday(20th December) with a hoodie from Teddy Fresh(pink with blue and purple). He ordered at the end of November-beginning of December and it actually arrived on my birthday(YAY), it was from the US to Sweden, so delivery time is actually really good considering Covid + the Hollidays! I did not expect the quality to be THIS GOOD. When watching the podcast you can tell it's good quality but when you actually wear it and feel the quality, it is really really good. The hoodie is super comfortable, I love the colors and such a nice gift for someone!!! 100% worth the money, wait, and everything. Super happy thank you for making amazing clothes I will definitely buy more for myself and my boyfriend.

Got the Looney Tunes Tweetie Bird Teal Pull Over Sweatshirt for my fiancé for Christmas. She absolutely lost it when she opened the shipping packaging. The $14 2 day express shipping was pretty good. It came in about 5 days but it's Christmas season so the timing was perfect! Thank you Teddy Fresh for the amazing quality, perfection in every stitch, and beautiful sweater. 💙 10/10

Customer service is poor, item quality is poor, they don’t offer exchanges and make you pay yourself to ship poor quality item back. Never heard of a clothing company sucking this bad with customer care. Every other company I purchased from they want you to like the item and to keep coming back for more purchases.
Oh and anyone dissatisfied, be careful announcing your dissatisfaction anywhere on social media for their rabid hive-mind fans will attack you. Never witnessed such gross and childish behavior and even though my 1 star is based on item and customer service alone, I just thought I would bring it up. Imagine being attacked from fans of Wildfox or VS Pink for example just because you dare voice the awful experience you had with them. Just doesn’t happen. Having differing opinions isn’t allowed in that crowd. Not a kind of brand I want to be associated with and this last purchase for a family member as a Christmas gift is definitely my last.

Everything delivered as promised, and the Paisley hoodie is the best quality and cutest hoodie I own. Somehow better than the SpongebobxTeddyFresh release. Customer service is excellent. Love everything I've bought from there. Everything is exactly as pictured and you can feel how amazing the quality is!!

Ok I love H3 especially Hila but I am disappointed in the quality. They are always hyping up the quality of TF on the pod, and so my expectations were high especially given the price. I ordered a hoodie and it was hardly even soft. It felt like it had been worn and washed in the washing machine multiple times. The inside pocket was already pilling. It is also thinner than I was expecting. Sweaters from Aritzia are way thicker, and way softer. Even the Gildan hoodies feel better than this. I can't figure out if there is something that I am missing? Maybe its not as soft because the material is more durable therefore "better quality" I don't know... but overall I was expecting it to be thicker and softer for the price. I will still continue to support H3 in other ways but sadly I most likely will not buy again from TF :( still a cute design though, and Hila is very creative.

Customer service via emails always respond quickly but not very accurately. My order was delayed but for some reason TF didnt think to alert the customers. I spent 245 bucks on a super cool collab im still waiting on. They said they would start shipping oct 11. It is now the 14th and no updates at all. I also had an order be lost in transit. So im mega worried I will not be recieving my highly anticipated order.

Okay clothes — not made in USA and very expensive for pretty good quality. Sweats not very soft but durable. Not great customer service and super high shipping rates.

I never received my order. Customer service had me wait for weeks now with nothing. All I asked for was a refund for my carebear collab watch I never received. Pretty upsetting

I accidentally send my hat to the wrong adress and they actually send me a new one even tho it was my fault. Really great customer service! Will be buying again.

The quality is great and the shipping is fast and not expensive at all if you live in the USA.

This is ridiculous. There was $58 in shipping and customs fees for one item to arrive. This is on top of an already expensive sweater. I was expecting to pay $130 US for the sweater but when all was said and done it cost me $219 canadian for ONE SWEATER! You're not fricken Gucci. absolutely insane.

I recently bought my first piece of Teddy Fresh clothing, and I am so happy about the purchase. It was one of the new color block hoodies. It was pricy, but the quality of the hoodie is amazing. It shipped quickly and was the smoothest buying experience I've had in a long time. The hoodie has far exceeded my expectations.

Have done multiple purchases. Hoodies, beanies, a vest and a belt. The shipping takes a long time (especially during corona and due to International shipping).

The products have all been amazing. Nice quality and big in the sizes. The style is so different and unique. Good use of color blocking and patchwork. And masters at Beanies.

The customer service is also good. They responded immediately to correct a misspelling in my address and sent updates when the package was on the way.

I love this company.
