I love the split tee that I bought. Absolutely love the colours and the quality was surprisingly better than expected. The item was packaged very well The customer service is fantastic, I would receive replies in a timely manner. Also, I live in the UK and the item arrived earlier than expected. Overall I am extremely happy with my Teddy Fresh experience

Best clothing brand I’ve ever bought from. Still have a hoodie that I bought from 3 years ago and no signs of tearing. Fantastic quality and fantastic design.

Ordered from the Spongebob collection. The last drop. Took time out of work to make sure that I was on the site on time and got the hoodie (purple color block I in 2xl) . Or so I thought. Confirmation and shipping email showed the correct item and description. Got it in the mail and it was a completely different hoodie (spongebob with hands up saying Teddy Fresh in light blue) in small. All costumer service could say was “sorry we made a mistake. Unfortunately that hoodie is sold out. Make a return label.” Be careful they don’t mistake your order and you miss out on what you really wanted.

My boyfriend got me a Teddy Fresh hoodie for my birthday, which came in super quickly. I loved the colors and quality of the hoodie, and the embroidery was awesome, but noticed there was a white spot on the main front panel. I contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a replacement. I got a response in under 24 hours with a shipping label to return the old hoodie for free. I replied that I dropped off the package, and they sent the replacement straight away. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, and other than that small problem, the hoodie was great quality. 10/10 recommend Teddy Fresh.

Teddy Fresh has the most amazing customer service! I've ordered from TF several times, and only once did I have to reach out to their customer service. They were kind and understanding and went well above and beyond to fix my issue (that wasn't even their fault in the first place, shipping service lost my package with proof). Their communication, willingness to be flexible and followup service is absolutely the best I've ever encountered. I was a huge TF fan before, but I have an entirely different appreciation for the company now. Thank you TF for the amazing clothes and support staff!

I ordered a mock neck sweater and it came via ups within 3 business days. Tracking was accurate, wasn't late. The sweater is perfect, super soft high quality fabric. It's what I expected for a large so their sizing seems on point. Absolutely happy and I will be ordering again!

Wanted to buy something to support, fell in love with the care bear collab and purchased a care bear colour block hoodie. I’m from the uk so I came here to get an idea of over seas experiences and reading everything made me super nervous. I ordered february 2nd and it arrived 10 days later! no issues at all and in perfect condition, would definitely recommend! I’m a size 10 and ordered a large for a baggy look, fits perfectly and the quality is superb :)

I received wrong items I didn’t get anything I ordered and instead got a shirt shorts and a hat not in my size and not even close to what I ordered or paid for.

Excellent quality and love the designs. I hope in the future they have a distribution facility in Canada so it’s easier to order from here.

$20 for shipping to Canada, and an additional $80 of US courier fees at the post office. I open the box and my order isn’t in there. I’m down $400 for a hat and pants. Thanks teddy fresh. Your quality is great but you literally robbed me. Don’t even bother trying to get in contact with anyone. The phone number for customer support is disconnected. Very sketchy and unprofessional.

Ps. Just to be clear, my order was charged, confirmed and shipped. When I opened the box it was not there. Do not order from here especially if you’re a broke college student.

Ordered when they were having a sale and they were not at all prepared for it. Took over a month for my order to ship, and it only shipped after I sent them a message on Twitter. When I finally received my order an item was missing, and another was the wrong size. I received a refund for the item right away and returned the item of the wrong size (paying for shipping) and also an item that I only bought for the item that I did not receive. Waited a few weeks and didn’t hear back, so sent them another message on Twitter and got the refund right away. When I asked about the shipping cost, which was around $25, they said that there was no mistake in the size. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but I didn’t know that I had to. I really wanted to have a good experience with this company, especially since I am a fan of the creators. But I will not be purchasing from them again.

Teddy Fresh left me disappointed.... I ordered clothing in November from Teddy Fresh as a Christmas gift. I waited over a month for the clothing to arrive and nothing. After Christmas my package finally showed up, open it and not only was it the wrong items but one was also missing. Reach out to Teddy Fresh, wait, wait and wait and finally a response. After giving me the run around and caring more about getting back their $40 dollar miss-ship shirt I gave up working with them. The whole experience was terrible. Customer Service doesn't care about your experience or doing the right thing, profits seem to be the only thing that matters. So sad, I had hoped that I would become a long standing customer of theirs but sadly I am just another bad review that they probably wont even read. Buy from Teddy Fresh with caution!! I am sure there are many people that are super happy with their experience but if you have a bad one just know that Teddy Fresh will not make it right. They just want your money.

I ordered three items. They state the item was shipped on 12/11/20. Still no items arriving. I called UPS and they stated they never received the items. This has cost me 240.00. Tried the phone number and no answer. I have emailed several times and they keep saying the items WERE shipped. Anyone had this problem?

The quality of the clothing is good and worth the money. My fiancé loves Teddy Fresh clothing. I asked him the other day why he only wears his hoodie sparingly and he said it
Was because it was his warmest best quality hoodie and he didn’t want to wear it out too fast... so I bought him another one for Christmas. I’ve bought him various items over the past couple years. The Teddy fresh has yet to disappoint.

Do not buy clothes at teddy fresh website when you live in Europe. I had to pay an extra €27 when the clothes arrived. Then clothes are send back to their warehouse, and I have not received my money back. End of the story: €90,- gone, no shirts.

And the customer service is poor. So far I got an email twice that they can’t do anything and they are waiting on the package: which is already delivered on 16th of October.

Lack of transparency around shipping etc.

Website explains an 8-11 day shipping which is fine, but it took 13 days for the order to be dispatched, I queried the long delay and it was explained that is was due to covid and there is a standard 1-5 day processing time as well. The problem is this isn’t mentioned on the website so when ordering as a present it’s likely that it will be late.

Teddy Fresh has a decent selection of clothing with some rather trendy patterns and designs. But, after my experience with their customer support, I cannot believe in good faith, wear, or support this business, which makes me angry and sad, especially as an H3H3 fan.

What makes them not so fresh is the lack of attention to the administrative sector of their business. Sadly Teddy Fresh has a somewhat naive and immature return and exchange process. I have gone through their customer support, which was one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through, in hopes of getting help with my issue. Disappointingly, my questions were answered with copy and paste replies that lacked any care for the customer. This only made me further upset as I was beyond excited to wear Teddy Fresh. On top of that, some of my questions were never answered which resulted in me having to re-email the company in hopes of getting answers. Currently, you cannot exchange any items you purchase, so I do hope you purchased the correct version and size or you are screwed. I am now in a predicament in which if I return the items I could not get the items I purchased in a different size. I would have to wait until after the sale and when they finally got their inventory back to get the items, which is not an option for me as I want the sales price I paid for.

This has been beyond aggravating, mostly since the Black Friday deal, or should I say November sale, was an opportunistic time to try some of their clothes. Having a full month-long sale was their first mistake as this resulted in most of the items being sold out within the first week of the sale itself. The company lacks the inventory for such a sale, which results in these awkward experiences where they cannot accept exchanges due to "lack of inventory.” Teddy Fresh’s approach to business shows just how young of a business they truly are and sadly that is not a good thing.

Ultimately, Teddy Fresh showed so much promise, but in the end, the lack of attention to the store’s back end showed its ugly face. I cannot in good faith recommend or suggest you purchase such a product unless you are beyond a reasonable doubt sure that the product will fit you. I hope that their policies can change. This business is something near and dear to a lot of H3 fans, and I am deeply despaired by my experience with it.

Extremely intuitive, very simple ordering process, and shipping in less than 2 weeks. I was able to track my package the entire time. That's not even to speak of the straight QUALITY of this brand! My color block hoodie is thick and heavy, made of super soft material. WELL worth the money. Comes with adorable tags and stickers. Couldn't be happier with this purchase from TF
