This is a total game changer for sleep!
I was sceptical as I’m a very bad sleeper and have been for years but this has made such a huge difference. Within 40 minutes or less of drinking it I’m yawning and ready to sleep. It’s miraculous. And it tastes really delicious too and isn’t high calorie either. Win win..
As an aside my partner has Parkinson’s and he struggles with sleep and its helped him as well.

Ten PM hot chocolate
I absolutely love this drink. I have one every night. I’ve been losing weight/healthy eating and this feels like a real treat at the end of the day. I’m about to order my third packet. It’s a bit spendy but worth it for the rich taste, it helps me relax too.

Best hot chocolate
Having tried numerous supplements and a strict bedtime routine for decades, I’m having the best restorative sleep following a bedtime drink of 10PM. I can’t recommend it more highly.

I was very sceptical of this new product, as I’ve tried everything to help me with my lack of sleep each night. My first impression was that it tasted a little bitter and it didn’t help me sleep at all. But after keeping the habit going for about ten days, drinking a mug each night at around 20:30 - 21:30 I honestly began to feel tired an hour or so later. I overcame the bitterness of the taste by adding a single sweetener. I’m coming to the end of my first months supply and will be ordering a new pouch today. Ps the accessories are great, the stirrer is the best one I’ve ever used and the tin and scoop make everything neat and tidy for storage and making up the TEN PM drink.

Completely obsessed. First order was chai drink and banana bars. Didn’t think it could get better but Jesus Christ the hot chocolate is amazing. Me and my wife are hooked! Always take a bar for after football and have a hot drink literally every evening

I bought a trial pack for my husband and he was pleased with the beneficial effects so he’s now a subscriber (well, I am) and he sleeps better. Definitely worth a try.
