I have followed keto for 3 years. I’ve really missed a decent hot chocolate. I’m also menopausal and struggle to sleep. I used to drink sleep tea, but since trying this product, I’ve slept so well!

Quite impressed with the drink. The hot chocolate can be bitter if you don’t mix it thoroughly, and a third hot milk definitely makes it better to taste.
But there’s no caffeine or sugar, and it contains healthy minerals so I can’t see any drawbacks.
I have found it helps me sleep and sleep longer, but not drowsy in the morning.
I shall try the chai latte 👍

Tasty product and excellent relaxation before bed . Wake up much more refreshed

This is now part of my evening routine and helps me wind down and fall asleep! Very delicious, too. A guilt-free pleasure.

Great product, it's become a nightly rutual now!

I work late (&; have done for years). I regularly arrive home (& sometimes am just leaving work) after midnight. Getting home at this time involves a wind down (& usually wine time). By the time I get to bed it can be 3am or 4am (& so the cycle continues...). With this I can get in, make a hot chocolate & begin to unwind so much quicker. Within the hour I am ready for be (&, more importantly) ready for sleep. I wake up earlier, more refreshed & ready for the day. Absolute Game Changer (&; it tastes bloody lovely too!).

I bought the trial pack of ten servings, I think I made it to strong on the first attempt and ended up throwing it away, so only drank half a cup, within a hour of consuming I started to feel sick, I ended up being awake all night feeling sick and had stomach ache then to top it off I had horrendous diarrhoea in the morning.
Second night, made the drink again making sure I put two flat teaspoons in, I managed to drink it all this time, (wish I hadn’t), and yet again I spent the night sitting up in bed next to a bucket, ( just in case), and yet again first thing in the morning had to run to the loo, needless to say the rest has now gone in the bin. What a waste of £15.00.
I wouldn’t recommend this drink it has a very peculiar taste a bit synthetic, it reminded me of antibiotic medicine I had as a child.

This is great...! I wasn't expecting this to make too much difference to my sleep, I've always slept poorly. I monitor my sleep using a watch and was very surprised, my sleep quantity and quality have significantly improved. It's a bit of a challenge to mix initially, but after a few attempts was quite easy, persevere...
I definitely recommend this product...

A soothing drink for a good nights rest

The Chai Latte is great a tasting drink. I think it does actually help me to relax and get to sleep quicker. I make it with hot milk for a creamier taste.
The customer service so far has been second to none.
I have now got this product on a subscription, so I never run out!

I was cynical about this when my partner first ordered it, but it has made a significant difference to the quality of my sleep. So now I am a subscriber! Would recommend.

This stuff makes me sleep woohoo
Not a fan of hot chocolate so no idea whether it tastes good for hot choc (diabetic so never really had it although this does not impact blood sugars either), however my sleep has really improved and don't feel groggy the next day like many sleeps aids can make you feel. So for me it's a winner even though (for me) not something I really enjoy. Even when I wake (I'm 54 right!), I'm back to sleep no bother and generally managing a good 7 to 8 hrs which is truly unheard of. So thank you tenpm.

This hot chocolate is absolutely delicious !
I have it as part of my sleep routine every night and take it away on holiday.
Customer service is excellent as well.
