Very rude unhelpful staff. Nobody was prepared or willing to give an update on delivery. Very frustrating .We had reached 4 weeks. One person said I’m not allowed to tell you. Staff sound German and do not appreciate how rude their tone of English is. One person said sounds like you need a good rest this weekend as if I was the problem. Another said if you ask me again I will cancel your order! Having waited over 4 weeks. They do not understand Customer Service. Product disappointing as it is a digitally printed piece of fabric.

The rug is beautiful. The delivery was prompt and arrived on time.The colours of the rug are as advertised and the fitting of the underlay simple.

Easy ordering process and items delivered much more quickly than expected. At last rugs that can be easily laundered without damaging my washing machine. Yes, a considered purchase, but hopefully they will last much longer than traditional kitchen mats.

I initially chose to return the rug because it was too small. They offered a 10% discount, but I was still set on returning it.

However, due to time constraints, I later contacted them to say I had decided to keep the rug and asked if I could still receive the discount. They informed me that it was no longer available in their system.

This reasoning seems illogical to me, as their decision relies solely on the system. I've since ordered four more rugs from a different supplier, so it's ultimately their loss.

An amazing choice of colours and patterns, we found exactly what we were looking for and it’s finished our room off perfectly, we have two dogs and so being able to wash it is great. Delivery arrived on time as promised, we will definitely order again. Thank you.

They are still in the box waiting for winter but I have had them out. Seems a great system . As a carer I need to be able to clean these rugs frequently so when winter comes these are going to be invaluable. The design is great.

Great Customer Service on delivery and order processing and great rug

I love the rug. Just what I was looking for. My only slight disappointment is that the rug is about 4 inches longer than the underlay. But overall I love it.

My new rug gives me pleasure every time I step onto it in the morning! I'm also happy to know that my dog's dirty paws won't matter because the rug is washable. The delivery took a day or two because it comes from Germany but it was worth waiting for and arrived in perfect condition.

So Delivery took a long time to come, around 5 weeks however when arrived was packaged really well. I’m not sure why but I purchased the under lay for Uber the rug, I’m confused as it came in two halves, meaning through time and traffic you see the dip in the rug.
Also I had the zebra print rug it is beautiful looks lovely in my lounge but already has faded in parts having only had one wash, on a positive though it drys really quickly.
Great concept but for the price I expected better quality.

Absolutely gorgeous rug, superb quality. Despite having white in the pattern, and the rug being in the kitchen with a mud loving dog in the family, so far just a quick vacuuming is all that's been needed. The fabric just seems to repel any dirt ! But at least I know that when needed I can just pop the rug into the washing machine. Would definitely recommend.

Great choice of colours and sizes - lay beautifully and washing is so easy - which is great when you have pets. They dry really quickly too.

The quality of the rug is excellent. The colours as seen. There was a long delivery time which was not highlighted until after I had purchased the rug.

I waited weeks for the runner to arrive, only to be told it had been sent back to Germany with no explanation of why it wasn’t delivered. The address was correct, Teppana advised me to get in touch with the carrier to find out why I hadn’t received it. But at this point I was too frustrated as I had waited weeks. I said I wanted a refund which, to Teppanas credit, was refunded very quickly.
