I was unsure of this company at first…
I was unsure of this company at first because it wasn't untill I contacted them regarding the fact that it wasn't clear on Thier site that the rugs actually come from Germany, I was therefore concerned regarding import tax, but you, don't have to worry about that as it's all included in the price and that all so covers any returned should you have to. Having said all that I'm very pleased with my first purchase and within hours of my receiving my rug I, purchased 3 more , I haven't needed to was any of them yet but look forward to seeing how they turn out. But to be honest I, don't think the will be a problem as they are good quality. But will let you all now at some latter date.

The rugs arrived before the promised…
The rugs arrived before the promised date which was great and the company kept me informed about delivery time. When they arrived they were exactly as shown on the website and were easy to put down. The only slight issue was a tiny thread of binding was loose on one rug and I was concerned it might unravel further but I contacted customer services who replied promptly with advice on what to do and offered me a small refund for the trouble. I said I would wait to see if the slight repair would do the trick and get back to them if necessary. The whole process has been stress free, very professional and I am thrilled with the rugs. I haven’t washed them yet but hopefully there will be no problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.

The rugs arrived as scheduled and look great in the space. The colours are true to the website images. The underfloor heating works really well with the rugs in place. I would definitely buy from Teppana again.

Good quality rugs from Teppana
I ordered 2 matching rugs from Teppana one hall runner & a large rug for the lounge. I also ordered the non slip underlay for both rugs for extra comfort. I'm really pleased with the rugs & the overall service was good & efficient. The reason for 4 stars instead of the 5 was that the delivery driver didn't even offer to drop the rugs over the threshold & the larger rug was particularly heavy & I had difficulty lifting it indoors.

Our rugs are designed so that the non-slip pad does not extend all the way to the edge, making it easier to position the top layer.
In addition, the design may shrink slightly during the first few washes, which is why it is produced larger.

Not quite right
Very expensive- which I wouldn’t mind if the product was right.
But it came and was the wrong colour, completely different to the image shown on the product page.
Also, the rug was circular instead of rectangle.

Excellent communication from order through to delivery. Most important, the product is exactly as advertised. Wanted 2 rugs but initially only ordered 1 just in case it wasn't as good as it looked....but it was and I've now ordered a second.

The rug didn’t take too long to arrive and I appreciate the free delivery and lack of customs charges. The colour is very close to the picture,which is pleasing. The quality is very good and I’m looking forward to many years of use.

Can’t get refund
Ordered runners but unfortunately colour didn’t suit so returned. Can’t get my refund because I keep being told by customer service that the order is in the UPS warehouse and not in the Teppana warehouse. I’ve told them that’s not my problem and now I think the only way to get my refund is by raising a charge back through my credit card because I have the tracking number. Such a shame because I have since ordered runners in a colour that does suit and love the rugs but Teppana you’ve let yourself down with this poor service on returns!

Our customer service team has been in active contact with you and has already initiated an official investigation with UPS regarding your return. As explained, this process can take up to two weeks. During that time, UPS either delivers the package to our warehouse – in which case we process the refund immediately – or confirms it as lost, in which case we also issue the refund based on their report.
We fully understand that waiting can be frustrating, but this timeframe is necessary for UPS to complete their internal checks. We’ve communicated this to you several times and are simply asking for your patience during this short period so we can handle the matter properly and fairly.

Worth the wait.
We are really pleased with our rug. Finding the right sized circular rug was a challenge, so we were happy to find Teppanna. The rug did take a while to get to the UK, and the box was a little battered, but well worth the wait. Thank you

We’ve checked your order and noticed that no discount code was applied at checkout. To ensure the system can process a discount, the code must be entered during the purchase – otherwise, it doesn’t know which one you'd like to use. We're sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Regarding the carpet shifting: our rugs are designed to stay securely in place on 99% of all hard floors. However, in some cases, depending on the floor type and use, a non-slip underlay might help.
Of course, like all our customers, you’re welcome to return the product within 30 days if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
