Quality feels lower than Kickstarter original
The product quality and feel is significantly lower than the original units sold through Kickstarter.
Overall design blockier and less elegant, color paler, no "enjoy the journey" quote inside lid.
I bought 3 units as gifts after a great experience with the Kickstarter product and I was mildly disappointed with what I received.

My order was delivered in a timely…
My order was delivered in a timely manner and packed extremely well. Each planter had an instruction booklet in case I wanted to give one as a gift. I've been busy with the holidays but started one (of 3) planter with some ivy. So far it is doing well but hasn't spread out much.

Expensive and unrewarding
An Israeli company that pretends to be a global company and charges very expensive shipping fees when it comes to shipping from Israel to Israel. The jar arrived without chia seeds. An expensive and unrewarding experience.

The rep did a great job
The rep did a great job. He was very helpful. The problem is if you expect more water to ooze out when you first put a plant on it and there aren't a lot of roots to absorb it...then you should send out the planters with the larger saucer or at very least mention it in the description of the planter before someone buys it.

The delivery service was hopeless
The delivery service was hopeless. UPS delivery timing and communication were awful. In fact the package was sent to the UK from Poland but then returned to Poland. When another deadline was missed it turned out that the package has missed its flight to the UK and would be delayed by a business day which turned out to be 3 days. No notifications were given and only by looking through the full tracking data could I be in for my delivery

Cool new planter for home decor!
Beautifully packaged, enjoyed learning on the website what plants they recommend and how to add them and care for them on the planter. Fun with the kids and after 3 months i have a beautiful planter with a growing bush of baby tears covering a little bonsai tree! Its unique and a talking piece, i absolutely recommend.

These damn things do not work
These damn things do not work. Got 3 of them earlier this year. I have followed all instructions repeatedly and So far I have only succeeded in killing plants. Too expensive by far for nothing.
Might try reducing them to rubble and using them as pot fillings.
Won't ever be supporting another startup.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. It’s quite expensive for what it is and it doesn’t even work. The plants die, pores get super quickly clogged and the bottom plate that it comes with originally is actually too small so you either have to make sure you regularly throw the drainage away or it’ll leak all over the place. OR you conveniently should purchase a bigger plate which of course costs additionally (comes as a surprise to exactly no one)

Abysmal. Sent the product late- like... over three years from their planned release date. AND the product doesn't work. Like others I would not trust these guys for anything. Theyll make tons of comments about 'replacing faulty products' blah blah, but NONE of their products work. It was all a massive scam they profited from - and theyre doing it again with their new product theyve just releasted.
