Absolute trash company
Absolute trash company. Shipped me a defective product. After I finally got them to ship me a replacement, after having to go back and forth with dozens of emails, they had the nerve to send me a bill for the customs fees, which they never even informed me about!! After trying to dispute the charges that I never agreed to it ended up at a collection agency which forced me to pay. Complete extortion. Garbage company, do not support these clowns.

Support has not been helpful and they should not be trusted.
I am an original kickstarter backer. I have attempted many times to get plants to grow, they always die. I planted the Chia seed and followed the instructions exactly, a few sprouted but for the most part it was a total waste. I had to scrub the pot with a tooth brush to get all the seeds off. The pot doesn't let water out and support says it's because I'm not using the right kind of water. I don't have hard water, so whatever is going on is the manufacturers fault. It's pretty ridiculous that I would need to go through all of this on top the excessive time I had to wait after the kickstarter finished. This product has put me off of using kickstarter ever again. I would not trust this company with my money again.

The product is not like in videos, it's not simple, it's messy and the result ugly.
Super disappointed with the product.
I put some seeds on it, it grew up. But it's leaking a lot. The cup under is not enough. I wrote to the costumer service and they just told me that I should remove water on a day to day basis. I can't think about that everyday so my wood table is always full of water which is bad. They are aware about that as they sell a bigger cup to put under. Also they say that once the process is on we don't need to water the full jar, but my chia seed just get dry, it was super ugly, nothing compare the videos.
I would not recommend it.

The base the tevaplanter comes with can fill up in around 2-3 days during the initial stages since the roots aren’t fully established to absorb the diffused water. You can also cover more of the surface with more plants so that less water reaches the base. There is 6 different methods of growing on the tevaplanter, replanting and plant plugs can be a great way to go if you want to have less water reach the base as you can cover the surface more with this method and the roots will absorb more water. Once roots grow, they naturally reduce excess water, but it can take time to reach this stage.
For better experience we introduced the Big Base specifically to provide better water catchment, based on feedback like yours. Worst Experience too
I too, was an early backer of your company, as other clients shared the same experience, I too never received my product. Worse experience to see this company has taken advantage of people who believed in them early on :( AND they are not answering any of my support mails. I gave them my postal adress many times, they always sent the same email requesting my address, again and again. I think it's just an Bot sending this mails. I spent around 100,- on Kickstarter. Years ago! This is really bad.
Please help!!
And please: don't just give me your support email. I tried this several times already.

Worth every penny
Totally worth it. It's a low maintenance way to keep plants indoors, and it adds a nice modern touch to my space. I love that I don't have to worry about overwatering or making a mess. Great buy for anyone who wants a cool and beautiful plant display without the hassle.

While replies to emails have been quick (within minutes of sending), it feels like a bot is replying. I've had to provide details for the same things repeatedly despite them being in the previous emails. Ultimately, they shift blame on the customer for not using filtered water, while a similar cheaper product (Chia Pet) seems to work fine with just tap water. Using reverse osmosis filtered water did not produce better results.

Easy green experience
