Texas jacket, took care of an issue I had on a with an item I purchased from them and offered me an exchange for a correct size jacket, in a very fast timely matter. Good to do business with Texas Jacket and will do more business with them for sure.

I was skeptical about ordering my Mickey Mouse jacket but had absolutely no reason to be. From the moment I ordered the customer service was amazing, I was reassured all the way through the process. I received updates and tracking information. The jacket arrived today and I actually got emotional when I opened it, it was perfect, in fact, it was even better than I could ever have imagined. So thrilled with my purchase. Won't hesitate to buy from them again.

I see why others are complaining about not getting the exact product the actors wore but they are actors so chances are it's not going to be exactly the same. Get a clue, people. So I ordered a size too large. My fault. They did ask for pics and additional mailing fee but the process was fairly smooth. I didn't have any issues other than the the sizing and that was my fault.

Great support team for refunds

I received a dress that I ordered that is not the correct size as stated. I asked to return and was told to take a picture of the dress and send an email. I got the craziest response that I needed to pay for the return to South Korea or keep it with a 15% discount to donate it if I liked??

I ordered a jacket, paid over $120, and it is not the correct color or quality as described. Returning it has been a nightmare, saying I'll have to return it to Pakistan, not Texas. They offered 15% off to keep it. The quality isn't good either, looks like part of a cheap costume. I want a full refund and I'm happy to return it to the Texas address on their website.

First of the jacket colors and authenticity is unmatched. Straight out the packaging. Automatically I fell in love with this leather jacket. Packaging was 3 stars price is 3stars I caught the deal but would have paid the full retail price. Wow I mean wow I really love everything the buttons on the jacket . I urge anyone inquiring about the service's go forward with your purchase. Customer service was a1 over the email system. 5 stars on that as well if you like add me on Instagram under @yagafilmz too see more . After doing some research the jacket is not original but I still love it for the price please make sure you buy from original owner when it comes to online shopping do research first .. however the jacket is still very nice but not original I will not say don't purchase anything but rather make sure you like what you pay for

Poor quality product. Nothing like image. Returning was not a simple process. I recommend not ordering from this company.

Scam website! They advertised a beautiful replica jacket from the Shining (made from fleece) and I received a hideous polyester piece of junk. When I reported the issue, they offered me a partial refund, even though their website specifically states that they will refund you if the item doesn’t look like its photo. I had to threaten to do a charge back multiple times before they gave me a full refund.

I actually never completed or got merchandise. I had to cancel the order due to a change in needs.But! They did refund and only asked my reasons. I replied and they thanked me for doing so and this is why I give a positive review.

Not good. I wish I had found this website before ordering from this company. It took two months for the item to arrive and when it got here it wasn't the same thing shown on their website.

When I initiated a refund, they told me they could give me a 10% refund. Then they sweetened it to 15%. They said "It's still wearable."

Ugggh....avoid at all costs.

The material of my jacket was shiny and cheap looking- the sleeves were approximately 3 -4 inches too long. When I asked to return for refund they only offered 15% of the cost in refund. Total scam company. Note-jacked was shipped from Bangladesh. Please look elsewhere.

The positive reviews are fake. If you try to return an item they offer to refund IF you give them a positive review. They baited me by using a picture of an item from anthropologie's website. What I got was a hideous knockoff. Don't order from this website.

I needed to replace my Charlotte Jean dress, so I reached out for assistance by phone. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the online process to place a replacement order. I can't wait to receive my new dress!

Bad quality jacket. Discolored collar.Stiff, cheap material vs high-end satin material portrayed in photo (from a TV show…thus I assumed Texas Jackets were middlemen in between the actual designer and consumer). Delivery dates completely off. For instance, I paid for expedited shipping. Date at check out was January 21. No updates. When I reached out to ask for package tracking on January 20, I did get a response…but the agent said, “It’s still being made, then it will ship.” I said, “Being MADE? This is a surprise. From where is it being shipped? Will it be here 1/23? “ (My last day before a conference). Uh, no. I was told WHEN it was READY, THEN they would SHIP. The dates provided bore no resemblance to date on checkout page. It was coming from China, it turns out, hence dragging out delivery date even more. Bottom line: Was a misleading website and order process and poor quality. I swear this thing arrived in March. Never again.

I purchased a shirt that was advertised as looking like the one that Brad Pitt wore in the movie "F1" when it eventually came it was really nice and good quality but...
1. Make sure you order way in advanced of when you need it as it is shipped from their main warehouse in South Asia.
2. The item I purchased did not run true to size, make sure you order 1 size larger at least.
3. If you do not receive a product that fits, do not expect a full refund, but they are really good at communication and get right back to you.
They refunded me 75% of my purchase price, which is better than nothing being that they still had the shipping costs.
