Avoid this company at all costs!!!
I placed an order on Monday, August 11, 2025. It was supposed to be a gift but then I found out that the person already owned a similar jacket. So, I emailed customer service today, on Wednesday, August 13th and asked them to cancel the order. Turns out that they have a very specific cancellation policy that is not mentioned while you place your orders. Apparently if you didn’t cancel your order within the 24 hour period, they refund you with only 70%. Mind you, it was stated that it’ll take them 10 business days for processing and shipping, so I’m assuming that my order wasn’t even worked on yet since it’s only 2 days passed. Based on other reviews I can now see how twisted the refund/return policies are. Texas Jackets is a scam!

The staff was very communicative, and most helpful in making sure I process the right order! I am very pleased with the experience.

I found my item was too large and they quickly responded and gave great options to replace!

The only reason this is a 5-star review is because , after having an issue with the order and wanting to send the shirt back, they said if I gave a 5-star review, I could keep the shirt and receive a full refund. The shirt came from overseas, NOT Texas!

Ordered some jackets that were from the movie Back to the Future. When received they were too small. The return process was complicated but what they DID do was custom size new items for me that now fit exactly right. It took longer and cost a little more but In the end - I got what I wanted and they fixed the problem. Great customer service and the jackets are excellent quality!!!

Received my fake shirt they are pawning off as originals, then I asked for a return and they offered a discount to keep it instead of having to pay international shipping. Shady business and fake merchandise - stay away.

Bought Monica’s jumper from Yellowstone. Absolutely love it, well made, warm and love the design.

I ordered a green sweater on 2/17/25 to wear for St Patrick’s Day. On March 15 there was still no sweater. While they have responded to my emails, it’s clear their company is inept. It is 4/2/25 and my sweater that was to be shipped on March 20,2025 has still not arrived. The latest email that I initiated (again) said, “Based on the latest updates from our production team and supervisor, our next shipments are scheduled to be shipped within the start of next week.” If a customer has been waiting 7 weeks for a sweater, I’d think they would expedite shipping. This company is jokes and I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.

Received my costume but the size was not right so I contacted support and they helped me. The quality is nice, though a bit pricey.

I ordered from them little late but when i ordered my delivery said it was going to come late but when I emailed them they worked with and got my order delivered even after the delivery date I am so glad and thankful thank you guys so much for working out with me

This website is a complete scam! I ordered the Monica sweater from Yellowstone however what I received was a cheap chinese knockoff version of the sweater. Not only did it take over 6 weeks to ship, my order didn't actually ship until I called questioning where my order was and why I hadn't received it yet. Once I started treating to call my credit card company to contest the charges and report them to the BBB they begged me not to do so and assured me the order would be shipping in a couple days via FedEx. What I finally received looked like the Wish version of the sweater Monica wore on Yellowstone. It wasn't even worth $5 let alone the $78 they had the balls to charge me. The return policy listed on their website is complete BS. They will not work with you to return your order if you're not satisfied. They'll offer you a 20% refund of your original purchaee price. This website/company is a huge bait and switch. Do not waste your money!

SCAM. I got the item I ordered, but it was the wrong size. They told me if I returned it, they’d charge a $35 processing fee plus a $20 shipping fee, and then they would credit me only $69 of my $99 order - so I’d really be getting only $14 back after all the fees.
It was the WRONG SIZE. The admitted they ship from China and the “Texas” part is name only. Don’t support this company. Their website promises a full refund. Lies.

I purchased Monica's sweater . The one she wears on Yellowstone. It is beautiful, so well made. Just enough weight that is not too heavy. It looks exactly like it. If anyone is thinking about purchasing one, you will NOT be disappointed.
