Received a bag with an opened box and a rock. Clearly, someone from shipping stole the watch. After contacting them, the said they have file a complaint with the shipping company. Honestly, that does not at all concern me. I want my money back or a new watch. Will update the review following the response.

After a long wait of about a month for my watch to arrive, it finally delivered but in the wrong color. To make matters worse, the crown/regulator is defective, making it impossible to set the time. Despite sending numerous emails, I am still waiting for a serious response from them.

Worst customer service and return policies. The watches are shipped from Vietnam and when you check out it will say 3-5 days shipping, but it took over 3 weeks so it arrived 9 days after Christmas (I ordered it on 12/17). Now I have to pay to ship the watch back, plus a $30 return fee. The watch is also heavy and does not fit well.

Dont do it! This is clearly a dodgy subsidiary of Seiko if at all..
I ordered a watch on the 5 Dec in the UK. On reading the small-print for returns it seems they only refunded with a store credit if it was a sale. Quickly cancelled my order (within an hour) received an email confirmation of such. Two days later got a shipping notification. Watch arrived several days after that. Queried by email as to why, no satisfactory response except to return it. Many hoops to jump through there but after returning unopened and sending pictures to confirm postage (which cost £45 as it was to the USA) I heard nothing.. Weeks later now, emails unanswered and no refund. Considering I did not even order this watch and I am still awaiting a refund I beg anyone else not to risk it!

This has been a massive headache for me. I requested for full refund since my item is not shipped yet and I cancelled the order. No transparency of the process, especially with the reimbursement. Customer service is not responding and just keep delaying!

Please process my reimbursement, don't rob people

I made the order on nov 17 , then they say item was out of stock, then I cancel the order and demand the refund , they say will process’s but until today they did nothing
It is a fraud , please never purchase something it is a fraud
I e mail to report this operation to the authorities, don’t use them is a con operation

Request for Refund Update

Hello,

I placed an order on the 23rd of the month and received an email on the 24th informing me that the item was out of stock. I replied stating that I did not want a replacement and requested a refund to be processed back to my original payment method.

Today is the 3rd, and I still haven't received any confirmation of the refund. While I’ve been getting replies to my emails, my refund has not yet been processed. I’m disappointed with the service and still wondering when I will receive my money back.

I kindly ask you to resolve this as soon as possible.

They are scammers, I ordered 4 watches and they gave me wrong tracking number of FedEx courier. After tracking I got know that these are already delivered on 6th,7th & 8th November.

It’s been a month since placing order, all this time no clear tracking of delivery, nobody answers TGM hotline, by mail I got inconsistent, false information. Finally, I found out that the package is stuck at DPD in Hamm (DE) and will not be released unless Amsma contacts them. A true nightmare!

The variety of models is good, the costumer services is great. Unfortunately the shipment took two attempts, and the customs cost was not considered and I had to pay extra for it!

The watch was exactly what i expected lovely and smooth i wish i got it earlier

Putting aside the watch received was close but not exactly what I ordered, it is a disappointment (and my expectations were low to begin with). I’m not even interested in getting this resolved. This business does a great job with marketing and that’s where it ends.
I do NOT recommend buying anything from them.

The watch looks great, but the watch strap was poor quality and one of them broke off at the lug/horn end

Finally received a replacement watch on September 17, 2025. Contacted TGM on June 26 2025. Very complicated process but finally the did replace.

I strongly warn everyone against buying from TGM Watch.

I placed an order (Order #MOD4494) and paid in full, but I NEVER received the watch. The company keeps sending generic emails and ignores my follow-ups.

This is nothing but fraud and false promises. They take your money, delay endlessly, and never deliver the product.

After months of waiting and wasted time, I can confirm this company is highly unprofessional and deceptive.

Do NOT trust them. Do NOT waste your money here.

Update: I would like to confirm that I have finally received the watch. I kindly advise the company to improve its delivery timelines, as the delay I experienced was disappointing and does not reflect well on the overall customer experience.

I placed my order on 19th August and it’s now close to a month later with still no clear idea of where my watch is. The responses I’ve received from their customer service are vague at best and they’ve shown no sign of being proactive.

At this point anyone buying should be aware that it feels like a risk of a sunken cost. The bigger issue I see is that even if the product eventually arrives returning it (if it turns out to be defective or not as advertised) would be nearly impossible given how unreliable and unresponsive their support has been.

I’ve sent 3 to 5 emails requesting updates most of them met with complete silence. And yet I see their public replies claiming they “will learn” and “get better.” Honestly that’s utter nonsense.

Buy at your own risk.

Update – Sept 26: I finally received my order. Admittedly, there were a lot of nerves about what would be in the box, but it did not disappoint. The watch appears to be well-built, though I was surprised to find no clear case back to view the automatic movement, so until it’s opened up, I can’t fully verify that.

Aesthetically, it’s beautiful. That said, had TGM been more proactive and delivered with shorter lead times, my experience would have been very different. Will I order from them again? No. But I will up a star on the rating for the final product.

Delivery : Ordered on 23 July. Received on 23 Aug. For custom-mod shipped from overseas, I'd say not bad.

Customer support : very responsive, except I didn't understand why they need to confirm the postal address again when everything should be in the order details.

Authenticity : since its a mod, I understand that not all parts mayb be authentic. The movement itself does not show 'Seiko' on it, and the fact that its put together in Vietnam is also a red flag too. However, for now it looks and works fine.

Quality : the watch looks beautiful. A few things I'm not happy about. The alignment is a bit off center, so if you look closely the dial is tilted a few degrees anti clockwise. No big issue. There is a smudge inside the glass, which I'll have to live with. The day of week alternates between English and Hebrew (i know, i had to search)

But otherwise quite happy with the watch. Just hope it lasts a while😭
