I met with Michelle today at Bills

I met with Michelle today at Bills , Newton Abbot for a hearing assessment. From the beginning she was welcoming, open and professional. She was patient with my personal issues and understanding of my needs.
She explained all the options and I will now consider whether I will go down this route… I need time to think about it as I found the prices so expensive.
I want to thank Michelle for all her advice and will accept a follow up appointment.

First class from initial booking to after care

From initial booking to after care, the whole process has been terrific. Celeste my audiologist took time to diagnose my problems, and then to explain everything really well. She made sure I came away with full understanding of all the equipment and daily process. A support package is also provided post fitting too, which is very reassuring. Honestly, I had no idea my hearing would be improved so much. Thank you!

I had my appointment in Looe

I had my appointment in Looe, Cornwall and Rachel was amazing. She put me immediately at ease, explaining everything that was going to happen. While going through my test, Rachel was very clear about what the test was looking for and afterwards explained in detail what the results meant, answering all my questions with ease. I would highly recommend Rachel and have already booked in for my appointment next year!

I really recommend this practise

I really recommend this service highly, Aphra is really thorough and gave me great advice and help with a tinnitus issue.
I have felt well looked after and very reassured, it's the gold standard for your ears!

Saeed is wonderful!

Saeed is wonderful!
Went for a hearing test, some advice about potentially needing hearing aids and to have my ears syringed.
Over 2 visits I found Saeed to be so friendly and welcoming. He was also very knowledgable and explained everything really well.
His laid back but professional manner is what will make me return to The Hearing Care Partnership again.

Faisal made a first class job of…

Faisal made a first class job of providing my first hearing aids, and today was the first 6-monthly check up. All has gone perfectly and the company has given brilliant support. Hearing aids are a large expenditure but I have every confidence that this very professional and caring company will give any support that might be needed.
Note that the address has recently moved to Perspective opticians in Knowle.

An enjoyable experience!

There were a range of factors that I was delighted with at the The Hearing Care Partnership but primarily the professionalism of all staff from reception to the specialists.
The specialist, Celeste, was extremely knowledgeable and made the journey along the range of hearing tests through to setting up the hearing aids a pleasure.
This has resulted in hearing aids matched to the issues I have and now I'm able to hear and enjoy conversations, music and listening to nature again. Many thanks!

Professional Service

I saw James for ear wax removal at the Romney Marsh clinic and the whole process was professional and painless. James was understanding of my medical history and communicated everything perfectly. Will be my go-to from now on!

I paid more for my hearing aids than I…

I paid more for my hearing aids than I could have got similar ones elsewhere. I was happy to do this because I was promised a good service which hasn't happened. I wouldn't use this company again and obviously wouldn't recommend that you do either.

Well pleased with my visit.

Well pleased with my visit to The Hearing Care Partnership in Uckfield where audiologist, Antonio sorted out my blocked ears.
He was very reassuring and efficient about everything explaining and showing the pictures of the blockage before and after treatment etc.
The whole experience was something else.
I would definitely recommend Antonia and team.

I attended my 6 monthly check up today & can't praise Jay enough. He is so friendly, patient & caring making sure I am comfortable with my hearing aids & sound level. I am prone to a building up of ear wax & he always checks to make sure if this needs to be removed at no extra cost. Such a good follow up service. So nice to have someone who obviously loves his job & does it so well.

Brilliant service 😀

Visited the Padstow branch today to ask for a hearing aid repair (to a hearing aid supplied by the NHS, not The Hearing Care Partnership). Rachel there was really helpful, and sorted the repair straight away - and was kind enough not to charge me. Am very grateful.

What wonderful customer experience from Mohammed Faisal in Knowle. He was very warm, caring knowledgeable and approacheable - an outstanding representative of your company. From the start of this journey Mohammed clearly explained the various processes regarding my ear products, always in a friendly and understanding way, nothing ws too much trouble.At a time of concern he was very understanding. Excellent Service

The process of replacing my existing Hearing Aids with new up to date technology Hearing Aids was impressive. The Audiologist, Celeste de Frietas, is very knowledgeable and competent, as well as easy to get on with. I found it reassuring knowing that replacing my Hearing Aids was in capable hands, and all went smoothly.
