Proactive, professional and personal service
We had a brilliant experience with Henry Teal for the purchase of our home after a previous sale with another estate agent fell through in the summer. We were feeling a bit disheartened but Henry came in to deliver a professional yet personal and incredibly proactive service. Anita Adams was our estate agent and was exceptional from start to end.
She was organised and informed throughout our initial viewings and responsive and transparent through the negotiation phase.
We felt she understood us, the house we were buying and the sellers really well. She also was fully involved throughout the conveyancing process to ensure things progressed smoothly.

A great estate agent!
Emily has been professional, available and has given great guidance on how to market my property and produced outstanding particulars and photos etc. Emily is also very personable and knows what she’s doing. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I have had to postpone the sale of my property. I will however have no hesitation but to engage Emily again when I am able to move forward. Her professionalism and understanding about having to withdraw my property unexpectedly was quite something. If you are looking for someone to go the extra mile, Emily will be the right person.

I felt I just wanted anyone who was thinking of having Martin as their agent, please go ahead and you will not regret it.
Definitely 5 ⭐️ rating
He has really been put through it with our house sale, and had to deal with extraordinary circumstances along the way.
He has handled everything so professionally, even when I have personally been so frustrated, he calmed me down and sorted the issue. We exchange on Friday at long last after 6 months.
But it’s done and it all down to Martin seeing it through.

I can only praise Alice and Bailee . They are just the most amazing duo . They started a journey with us us and we trusted every word they said . They kept us up to date at all times . We recently purchased a property that was being sold through The Avenue. Put simply, they were hands down the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with! Emma and Helen were great from the off. On both of our viewings of the property, we were given all the time we needed. They were very knowledgable, seem to have a positive relationship with the venders, and encouraging without being too pushy. Throughout the whole process they were very communicative, professional, warm, and responsive. They couldn’t have been better! We will certainly recommend them to anyone in the area who’s considering selling.
