Excellent Quality, great comunition from the shop

It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Ash at Thebedvillageyorkshire.co.uk. Once I ordered the bed, I received a call from Ash to confirm delivery time with me and again once the bed was collected for delivery. The bed delivered 2 days later as I am based in Northern Ireland. I paid for assembly and they were wonderful, very friendly and professional. My bed is beautifully made and very sturdy. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic company, shop with confidence, would highly recommend, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super comfy bed which is of excellent quality and delivered on time and with great care. Overall a fantastic team and brilliant service would thoroughly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend the bed village enough! From start to finish it was a great experience. Ash was very helpful no matter the time of day. Even on a Saturday he was happy to help with a video call talking through how to put the bed up. Nothing was ever to much for the team working at The Bed Village, my message were replied almost instantly and they even held onto my bed until my room was ready for it. I will highly recommend the bed village to family and friends. I wouldn’t look at buying a bed from anywhere else other than here.

Thanks again to all the team x

We look at several bed suppliers and eventually chose Bed Village. From start to finish it was a good experience. Ash was great, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Bed Village. Their products are well made, delivery is quick and there are lots of lovely beds to choose from. The fabric on the headboard & base is beautiful. The couriers arrived on time and were very pleasant. 5 stars to Ash & Bed Village

Excellent customer service. Phoned the day after delivery to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

The company is brilliant, Ash phoned me after I had placed my ordered and talked through the process with an estimated time of the bed being finished and ready. The courier service used was great, being able to select a day and keeping me up to date with everything, the bed arrived in perfect condition and just like the photo of the one I ordered, it’s very well made and I would highly recommend to anyone to order from this company

Top notch service from Ash at the Bed Village. Bed arrived on time and we even got a follow up call to make sure we were happy and got the bed built up ok. I would highly recommend the Bed Village Yorkshire👍.

Amazing service and products at very reasonable prices. We ordered a new bed which was made to order using locally sourced timber and also a mattress. It was delivered promptly with great communication throughout the whole process. The bed is made lovely and the mattress very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Called to let me know they had the order, what the process was and gave me an opportunity to address any questions. The bed was made and sent very quickly. It is great quality and exactly as expected. The follow up call asking if there were any issues with putting it together was also a great example of amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
