i have phoned 4 times regarding this…
i have phoned 4 times regarding this order only once was the phone answered that call was about delivery time 48hrs stated it took a week, one tyre in my order was faualty as you didnt answer the phone or call me back as i requested i opened a dispute with pay pal. i will try phoning again tomorrow to sort something out but the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and nothing like what is stated in your mission statement.

A bit disappointed
A bit disappointed, I searched Google for Brompton tyres. I purchased the result of the search but it was the incorrect size. Why does Google pull that from biketyreshop? They must have put Brompton in the description inappropriately. Cost me £6 in postage and a lot of co2 wasted.

I paid for next day postage
I paid for next day postage, and received the tyres 3days later. I twice asked for the postage to be refunded, it never was. The Bike Tyre shop have now refunded the postage. I do accept that the Post office was to blame for the delivery issue

Easy to use website. Fast delivery on good quality item.
Easy to use website, fast delivery. Good quality item. Ideal replacement tyre with low road noise and seems to have low rolling resistance. A good all round 'on' and 'off' road tyre. Easy to fit, even to a flat scraper rim due to Kevlar beading. Would definitely recommend tyre and company.

I did not receive my bike tyre order - out of stock!
I did not received my bike tyre order having been emailed to the effect that it was in transit!
I'm sure that they bare generally a good company but communications could be better although they were good enough to eventually claify that what I ordered was out of stock.
Suggesting an alternative would have been a good move; I deventually got what I needed from Decathlon
