Great communication and the white glove delivery service was perfect - the bike arrived ready to go. Oh and the price was a lot less than buying direct from the manufacturer.

I only give 4 stars as the brake cables were the connected the wrong way round from what was stated on the frame sticker, which explained why the cable lengths looked wrong. Ill just leave it this way.

From ordering the bike to receiving it was easy. The price was also great.
The bike had been through their workshops prior to delivery but when it arrived the SRAM levers were loose and could be moved whilst riding. I wasn’t sure why this wasn’t picked up on the pre delivery inspection but it wasn’t. I called them and advised them of the problem to which I was asked to take to a specialized store for repair. The issue is that the local specialized store said it wouldn’t be a warranty as it’s a sram part. After further conversations with the bike factory I said that I would fix the fault but would like new bar tape sent as I would have to unwrap the bars. This was agreed and the tape arrived the very next day.
All in all good, but could have been a lot better.
