The package arrived promptly it was securely packed. And in excellent condition. I would certainly use the Book Club again because the prices are reasonable and the product good quality.
Books ordered on Tuesday 24th Oct, books delivered on Thursday 26th October before 10-00 am by Royal Mail. In perfect condition. Great service.

Problems placing an order on the website
I wanted to order a book set for my son for Christmas. I tried 3 times to place the order on the website. Each time the order page took me back without confirming the order. The money was requested from my bank each time but then canceled. I emailed customer service but they have asked me to use a differnt card to place the order. Not helpful at all. Is this a scam?

Poor customer service
The website was easy to navigate and place my order. Issues arose when my order arrived. I received the wrong order, after checking my order (again) I knew it wasn't a case of user error.
At this point navigating the website to try and contact someone about my issue proved difficult and time consuming, eventually found something that resembled what I needed and an email was sent. That was little over 2 weeks ago. Think I'm going to have to cut my losses and go elsewhere.
