Fantastic course! Beth excels at simplifying complex concepts. Previously, I attended a hypnobirthing class from a well-known organization, but their strong opposition to medical interventions didn't sit well with me. After the heartbreaking experience of losing my first child, inductions became necessary for my later pregnancies. The previous course's anti-intervention stance left me frustrated. I regret not discovering this course when I was expecting again after my initial loss. Fortunately, I found it this time, and it has truly made a difference on my third journey. Beth's experience as a midwife is evident, as she offers a balanced perspective on the pros and cons of various aspects of labor.

Excellent program! Beth has a knack for making everything clear. In the past, I took a hypnobirthing course from a popular provider but found their approach too opposed to medical interventions. After experiencing a stillbirth with my first child, inductions became a part of my subsequent pregnancies. The stance of the previous course against interventions really frustrated me. I truly wish I had discovered this course during my second pregnancy, shortly after my first loss. Thankfully, I found it this time, and the third attempt has been a success. Beth’s background as a midwife shines through, as she provides an honest overview of the advantages and disadvantages of each aspect of labor.

Loved the biomechanics of the course. Made it unique in comparison to a lot and actually helped my labour progress.

The Bump to Baby Chapter antenatal classes were excellent.
The classes were welcoming and informative. Each week we covered different areas of birth which provided me with the confidence and peace of mind I needed heading into my first birth.
Our midwife Lou was fantastic and could not have done more for us in providing clear and full information to any questions asked .
I cannot recommend these classes enough whether it is your first time parent or if you wanted a refresher heading into your next birth.

I highly recommend this course for anyone who is pregnant, whether it be your first child or a subsequent child. It provides lots of knowledge and information and equips you with the tools to feel empowered and advocate for yourself during birth.

I bought this course last minute (38 weeks pregnant) as I’d had a relatively traumatic birth with my first child, and was starting to panic a little as the birth of number two was approaching! I found this course incredibly helpful and really calmed my nerves. It contained useful techniques and information on dealing with any and all aspects of labour and made me feel empowered for any decision I may have to make. Even though this second birth didn’t go the way I wanted it to (induction and epidural), I felt like I was in control of every decision I made and I had a really positive birth experience, laughing with the midwives all the way to the end! I truly don’t think it would have been as great without some of the information and techniques I’d learned from this course, thanks Beth!

This course literally changed my life. After a pretty traumatic first birth, the information I received through this course helped my to feel prepared, empowered and in control during the birth of my second born. I would highly recommend it!

Such an incredibly empowering birthing (and beyond) course! I purchased the course before my first baby was born-I like to be prepared and have as much information as I can as I had my mind set on what my birthing experience would look like and this course gave me everything I needed to feel prepared and ready for my first baby. I went into labour at 37 weeks, very quickly and was transported in an ambulance to hospital and it could have panicked me, made me stress out but after using all the techniques I learnt from Beth I had a wonderful water birth just as I had wanted- the paramedics couldn’t believe how calm I was! That’s why when it came to my second I knew I had to go back and follow the course again, this time also taking onboard all of Beth’s Instagram Q&As etc. towards the end of my second pregnancy I had a lot of monitoring and was being pushed to be induced (8 times they tried) but after doing the course and listening to Beth I was able to stay informed, listen to my baby and my body and feel empowered to ask questions and make my own decisions. This resulted in a second water birth which I had also wanted. For both my pregnancies and births I used everything I had learned to allow me to feel in control, safe and empowered even when at times things started to feel out of my control. Even if you don’t know what you want or what to expect I would highly recommend Bump to Baby Chapter as Beth provides all the important information in a super easy to understand way! It is broken down into small videos and tools so you don’t feel bombarded or overwhelmed and you can tell it has been thought about from both a midwife and mothers perspective! Every expecting parent should use this course.

My local hospital did not provide in person birth courses so I purchased the whole course. It really helped me with many practical tips and it made me absolutely calm and confident. Of course real babies can present all sorts of problems in real life but the course covers so much and it generally gives you a good mindset. Beth is really lovely and also all the other professionals have involved. 10/10 would recommend.

Beth’s course is Brilliant!
I’ve used it twice now and would highly recommend it to friends. The best part is that you can access it any time and you can use it anywhere. This was great when my partner was working away and couldn’t attend an in person course. All three chapters are worth it - bump, birth and baby. The price is well worth it especially due to the range and detail of the videos plus it comes with hypnobirthing which on its own can be an expensive course. I really liked the way they explained how to tackle conversations with hospital staff to understand your risks and benefits in certain situations, it made me feel empowered to advocate for what was right for us during pregnancy and birth. The Facebook group is also useful especially for new mums.

As a first time parent, I was really anxious about what to expect at the point of labour, I can honestly say doing this course really helped me. I felt informed about my options at every step and felt confident enough to ask why we were doing something at each stage.
I was induced at 41+5 with pre eclampsia, and had a NVB with diamorphine.
Looking back my actual labour and birth was the best part of my experience in hospital, I just wish I had completed the new baby course Beth runs too as I felt very out of my depth about the next steps in and out of hospital. I’ve recommended the course to so many of my friends!

The Bump to Baby Chapter is a simple and insightful tool that made a big difference to the birth of my second baby. It’s broken down into short videos which makes it easier to fit in around a toddler and pregnancy. The content is broken down so you don’t feel overwhelmed by medical facts and advice. It transformed my approach after a difficult first birth, and I felt a lot more empowered to make decisions based on what was right for me and my baby.

This video series has been so helpful and would recommend to any who is a first time parent. Its great that you can watch it at your own pace and the videos individually aren't too long so you can dip in and out easily. Beth explains everything in easy to understand language so really useful as it's all new and there's so much to learn. Handy also to show to your partner also who was equally as clueless as I used to be!

Really helpful videos, with guidance on lots of different elements of labour and birth. It was useful to have access to them indefinitely so we could go back and watch any that we felt we needed to. We watched these videos alongside our antenatal classes (different provider) and found it really supported our decisions. Would highly recommend!

During my pregnancy I knew from early on I wanted to look into hypnobirthing. After some recommendations I decided to purchase ‘The Bump to Baby Chapter’ and I was so impressed!
The course left me feeling incredibly empowered and gave me so many skills to go into my birth with. I personally believe if I had not done this course that I wouldn’t have felt so in control in the not so ‘go to plan’ moments - but overall it made my birth the most positive experience I could’ve had.
The course was so easy to work my way through and was incredibly informative for both myself and my partner.

The course was fantastic, I watched it twice, made notes and it really helped me to feel confident about birth and in control. I had such a plan for giving birth but when it came to it and my plans didn’t happen, this course had given me the confidence to go with the flow and adapt. I had a fantastic birth even if it didn’t happen as I had planned and I think it went so well because of how positive my mindset was and that I can say was mostly down to this course. I have recommended it to friends who are expecting and will revisit the course when expecting again in the future. This course felt so much more comprehensive than the NHS antenatal classes I attended.

I was honestly so scared of pregnancy and labour before completing this online course. I have always been very afraid of pain and the unknown.
I purchased The Bump to Baby Chapter during 2019-2020, when Covid stopped any in person classes. I have to say, it changed my life. It went through everything I could possibly expect with birth so I felt in complete control and knowledgeable in every situation. You know what to expect and this helps you prepare for every eventuality and honestly, I really do believe it helped me actually to enjoy my labour and the birth of our beautiful baby girl! Thanks Beth for sharing your expertise and wisdom! I would 100% recommend and it is so cheap too!

Brilliant course. Beth explains everything very well. I have previously completed a hypnobirthing course with a well known company however found them to be very anti interventions. My first child was still born and so any subsequent pregnancies for me have been an induction. I therefore get quite irate about how much the other course is anti interventions and inductions.

I wish I had bought this course when I was pregnant with my second child not long after my first was stillborn. At least I found it this time, 3rd time lucky. It is clear that Beth is a midwife and she honestly gives the pros and cons of all aspects of labour.

I used the bump and the baby chapter for both of my kids and found it to be priceless. We also did NCT and learned similar things but I didn’t remember anything from NCT whereas I could refer straight back to the videos on B2B if I forgot anything or was worrying. The videos are short and digestible, I could watch them in my own time, they are in simple language that anyone could understand and easy to follow. My husband listened in on quite a few too and found them useful as well. I also used some of the crib sheets which were really fab. The Facebook group is also great.
I ended up having an emergency C-section with my first and elective with my second. I found the hypnobirthing part less useful, it didn’t work for me when I was in labour with my first, and I didn’t need it for our second. However, the practical tips and feeling I knew what was happening and understood the process were invaluable to us.
I’ve recommended to lots of friends and colleague since.
