This rating comes for two reasons…First the item I wanted and was made available to purchase…the warmup jacket Yannik Sinner wore at this years Wimbledon. It wasn’t something Nike mass produced so it’s a one of a kind sort of item! Second, the quality is amazing! The price also knowing it would have likely been 50% more had Nike sold it! The lead time was understandable based on where it was made and shipped from…adds to the uniqueness of this item too. I’m sold and will continue to be a customer of California Outfits.

I had ordered the Halan shirt for my grandson! We were World Cup fans! But Norway’s Halan stole his heart! He was so excited when it came . It was so well made and he couldn’t wait to put it on! I clearly will look to The California Outfits for future purchases for my grandchildren( all sport crazy)

the limited edition Sox jersey was better than expected and it is well made and fits my wife perfectly

The customer service team went above and beyond making the buying experience smooth and easy. My wife loves the jacket and the material and construction is top tier. We will definitely be repeat customers in the near future.

Ordered the “Multi-color Long Dress” advertised as 100% cotton. The item arrived with no fabric composition label at all, and the material clearly does not match what was advertised. I contacted customer service and asked for documentation proving the fabric is cotton — they never provided any. Instead, they offered a series of shifting partial refunds (20%, then 40%, then 50%) without ever addressing the actual issue.

When I insisted on a full return per their own 30-day return policy, they gave instructions to ship the item to a private individual’s name (not the company) and asked me to remove the original invoice before shipping — both highly irregular for a legitimate return process. They also claimed the order was shipped from an “overseas facility” to justify international shipping costs, but the actual shipping label shows it was sent domestically from Orlando, FL via USPS.

I would not trust the product descriptions or the return process at this store. Handling this through my bank now.

Update: After I remained firm and referenced their own written return policy, the company issued a full refund of $89 and told me I could keep the item. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved it, though it took significant back-and-forth and several shifting offers to get there. I’d still recommend caution with product descriptions on this site, but credit where it’s due — they did make it right in the end.

Although the order cancelled, but customers services is full in patients and response quickly, very nice experience in this buying process.

Christmas chronicles coat. Not as advertised!!! If I knew what I was going to get i never would have bought it. It came from overseas, which I thought with the name california outfitters it would be from california not Pakistan. The fur is cheap looks like hell, there discount 35.00 off keep the coat. All around poorly made. False advertised. Do not buy from them!! It took over a month to get here.

Overall, my experience with this company has been positive. Although there were occasional minor issues during the process, the company’s approach was always reassuring.

Nothing like the picture. They knew they were scamming me. If you read the five star reviews some of them are not even grammatically correct. Seriously, trust me. This is a major no, no, no. Do not do it.

I was a little skeptical at first to be honest based on reviews but they had a jacket I really wanted so just decided to give it a chance. I had to have a size exchange so I emailed and called them. My overall experience through the entire process was great! Their service and communication was 10/10. They even followed up which was nice. Make sure to read their exchange/return policies though if youre worried about the size not fitting. Sometimes you may have to pay a fee but theyre transparent in their policy about it.

I would rate 0 if I could. This place is a scam. Ordered on 6/8/25. No communication until I reached on out 6/18/25 to find out where my order was. Then the run around started. Now they say it takes 9-11 business days to "prepare" your order and then 9-11 business days to "ship" your order. When I checked back in for an update via email on 6/25 I am told it's been turned over to the shipping department and then on 6/26 I get an email telling me my order has been canceled by their QC department. I can not stress enough how horrible this company is. IT IS NOT US based!! Run, do not order from here. You will simply beingt throwing your money away. I'm hoping my cc company will dispute.

This company is great and they are easy to deal with. I made an error in my order and they fixed it right away. One of the best and fastest turnaround time in the biz. I highly recommend using this company. Return customer for sure!
