I have to say, career coach has been a guiding star to my career. I had a gap of 11 years from my insurance career due to various reasons. This year I decided to get back and That's when I came across career coach through instagram in July first week,and i instantly applied. In no time Rory from career coach contacted me, heard what I needed, analysed my career and assigned me a career coach Ian. I had CV session and linkedin session with Ian , this helped me change my CV and LinkedIn profile in an effective manner. I would say there was proper follow ups and feedbacks by career coach Ian. The result was my LinkedIn views increased by more than 50 views per week. By July 26th I got an interview call from a well known insurance co. 28th July I was shortlisted and selected. Im very happy about the outcome of all this effort, I never expected to be this fast.
Career coach has an effective and systematic coaching in place and I would suggest career coach to anyone who is looking to transform or change career. I thank Ian and the career coach team. I would like to continue this relation with career coach.

In-depth careers analysis and advice
Dan Potts is an excellent careers advisor and took me step-by-step to do an in-depth analysis of my CV and LinkedIn profile. Dan helped me shape and edit my CV adding key words and skill descriptions, and concrete examples of my work experience to maximise my searchability for recruiters and also to market myself in the right way for application process.

Success depends on choice
In one word: Effectiveness! The Carrer Coach team helped me when I was strugling to understand how to expose my knowledge in a new country. With methodology and experience they led me through a path that I first thought would take two years in less than 5 months. Really helpful and I strongly recommend!
