A Great place to study, and the markers are fair and explain how you could improve very professionally,
I look forward to continuing my study with the career academy.
Something to note for future students is that as of making this review, The Career Academy is not accredited in Australia, this hasn't stopped me from studying with The Career Academy, but it might affect companies that only recognise accredited courses. (If this changes in the future, I'd be happy to update this review.)

I hate chatbot customer support
Too many companies opt to offer cheap, lazy, frustrating AI online chatbots to solve customer queries. I truly appreciate the 'human' experience that The Career Academy Customer Support offers. I found how easy it was to deal with the staff when I would ring up for advice.
When submitting my assessments and the tutors marked them. They were really helpful with there feedback for my assessments.
Overall I enjoyed the course and in the near future I would do another course through careers academy.

I am currently taking the Accounting Pathway course, and it has been a fantastic experience. Even though I already have years of experience as an accountant in my home country, this course has added so much to my knowledge. When you cannot afford to pay up front payments the career academy lets you pay off weekly at small amounts and understand hardship. Plus you can get help throughout your course and learn at your own pass I have four children in my care and still finished course stress free. Clear instructions and layout videos to help. Dates a calendar notification bells for reminders. I loved the experience and you can discuss things with classmates if choose to

I was enquiring about the last module…
I was enquiring about the last module of the course for 4 months according to the course instruction notification, with no success. I even emailed support and the original customer service reperesentitive that was I was dealing with to enrol for course with no success.
I was unable to get the certificate not sure if it was before that last module was complete, or should have been completed by Oct26 but I still cannot get access to the course material and the transcrip still hasn't been loaded onto my USI for the work I have already completed.
I was asked if I wanted to take part in the online ceremony, which I respectfully declined.
I received a call during my full time work day of which I was in a meeting and had to decline. But had no one made a follow up call.
Now I am being emailed for further courses that are way out of my budgeting limit.
