Slow dispatch and follow-ups
I made a purchase two weeks ago, and my item has yet to be dispatched. The DOM customer service has been prompt, but mostly unhelpful, as this issue needed to be flagged with the brand partner. As of today, I still haven’t received an update from Adidas.
