Refused to cancel order even though it hadn’t been shipped yet
Ordered a pair of slides, less than $50. I contacted their customer service 3 hours after placing the order to request to cancel as I ordered the wrong size. I could see that the order was still awaiting fulfillment.
Customer service advised that I could not cancel due to system limitations.
All other places I have ordered from have been quite happy to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
I won’t be using Dom again. I’ll stick with the sites I know and trust.

I needed to return my order as it did not fit. Let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. I spoke to Jocelyn and she went above and beyond to help me obtain a refund from the seller store. She helped me through all the steps and even kept track of it. I highly recommend.
