Great range of HMC approved meat, well packaged at a good price. Initially I was worried my delivery would not arrive fresh, but it was, am now a regular customer.

Customer service was good
Customer service was good. I received a courtesy phone call to inform me that couple of my items were out of stock and to check if I needed a replacement or if I needed a refund. I chose a refund which came through quickly. Good were delivered on time.

Order came on 7th day from order, which was bit late, as was expecting on Tuesday or weds latest, but giving 3 stars isnt bad, plus 2 items not there that showed in stock.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet expectations. To clarify, your order was placed on Saturday for a Friday delivery, which was fulfilled within the selected timeframe. We understand you were hoping for an earlier delivery (Tuesday), however due to the Easter bank holiday period, our earlier delivery slots were unfortunately unavailable that week.
Regarding the missing items, these were refunded at the point of dispatch in line with our terms and conditions. As we handle perishable food products, there are occasions where items may not meet our quality standards at the final checks upon dispatch — such as issues with packaging, damage, or shelf life — and in these cases, we always prioritise quality and safety over fulfilment.
We would truly appreciate your understanding here. We are a muslim owned start up business, every review is important to us. We delivered your order on the chosen delivery day as per your order. Please forgive us if you feel we could have done better.

All the foods are fresh
All the foods are fresh, having meat/poultry delivered fresh means a lot to me. The food is packed properly and like how it is cushioned and delivered on time. I have tried different online meat companies but this one is best in terms of freshness, packing and delivering so thank you
