Wonderful service, very kind and attentive and helpful to resolve issues. Had an issue with the delivery and the halalfoodshop were proactive and ensured I received my order. Would use them again and highly recommend.

I made my savouries order for ramadan as i do every year. I live in a flat building and when the delivery is getting delivered. I have to go all the way downstairs to get it as the driver never presses the intercom and kindly brings it up for me.

Regarding your delivery experience, we understand how convenient it would be for drivers to bring orders directly to your door. Our local drivers would only contact you on the phone if the intercom has not been answered, usually with no reply your order would be taken back to the depot if no reply however in this case they contacted via phone.
We have a notes section on which you can request in advance for special circumstances, if the intercom is not avaialble or assistance is required our team is happy to help Inshallah.
