Always scared to order from Facebook sites in fear of being scammed. Order came in a reasonable time frame. And was real. So thank you!!

Nice atmospheric product. Bought 2 for home and 2 for holiday home in Thailand.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HALOSPHERE!! Firstly it took so long to come and when it finally did arrive it was broken. I emailed for support which i was met with a quick response only to not be answered afterwards when I enclosed proof and asked for refund. The product itself is tacky cheaply made and you can get the exact same thing much cheaper and same quality. I have already ordered another one from tiktok shop it arrived within days not weeks like this one and it is exactly the same material but for 70% less of the price. Buy from any other retailer for cheaper get same product less wait time aswell. Will be making a dispute with bank as it is unacceptable service. Don’t mug yourself off buying from these people, just get the same thing elsewhere and avoid the stress they put you through with their ‘customer care.’ Unprofessional, tacky product, worse service.

Perfect addition to any room. Beautiful selection of colours. Fast delivery, easy to use and super affordable.

Delivery took a while but it’s a decent item. It’s plastic and not glass but has the desired effect.

My wife loved it! She loved the various colors and uses it regularly. She said she was glad to receive it.

I use my light every night to fall asleep to. The only thing is I wish the bulb rotated slower, or there was an option to change the speed. The wave pattern it makes moves too fast for me to not feel dizzy

The company sent me a different product, a small thumb camera. I ordered the halosphere lamp. When I received the small camera I got rid of it. There was no indication on the packaging it was from the same company as hallosphere. When I contacted the company to ask about the halosphere, they sent me a "proof" picture of the camera package left at my door. I explained that the halosphere is a very different size and shape then the camera, so that was not proof.

They asked for the information from the camera package which had long since been thrown away. I asked for a refund. At this point they stopped responding to my emails. I'm finding this experience extremely unprofessional and disheartening.

So many products in ads on the internet, this one is exactly as promised. It makes a beautiful light

Shipping was fast. The light was simple to set up and looks so nice. The color options are nice, not just plain colors but lots of shades. And the ability to make the light dimmer or brighter is fantastic for every day use depending on what I want my space to look like.
