They take the money and never send the product. Crooked

NEVER SENT ME THE ITEM I ORDERED. SAID THEY REPLACED IT WITH ANOTHER ONE. DIDN'T ASK ME. DOESN'T WORK. TERRIBLE. RIP OFF. WAITING FOR REFUN FOR 2 MONTHS.

Set a Japanese fraudulent item took them a 118 days to get it to me. Phone number comes back as fraud.

I ordered over two months ago and my order is still not delivered. When I contacted the company they refused to provide a refund. It’s a scam!

Over two months and still did not show up. No return emails or calls. No refund this is bullshit

I ordered my heater on Nov. 11, 2025 and still NEVER received it. I have sent many, many emails to their support email address. Two responses came back telling me to be patient although the tracking info showed no updates as to where my order is. The tracking info doesn't update at all. Now on Jan. 7, 2026 I sent another email requesting info and update on my order and now no one is responding to me. This is one of the most annoying businesses to deal with. I have waited for over 10 weeks and now I don't have the item I paid for which was a Christmas gift. And no responses from the company definitely makes me feel certain that I was scammed by Heylo. I will continue to pursue other action against them considering they told me with their second email response that a Refund was not allowed. There should be some liability the business should be forced to conform to. Scamming consumers should automatically be illegal and businesses that are found guilty of scamming by not filling and providing the order that was paid for and placed in good faith should have to not only give a full Refund but provide some small compensation to the purchasing consumer. An order was placed, paid for and not fulfilled. Where are my rights as the good faith comsumer??

I received 2 of the cheapest pieces of garbage. Not even close to what the picture was. I received no thermostats. Tried contacting them and no response yet

GOT MY HEATER TODAY . ORDER # 7116. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING FROM THE DOLLAR STORE. 7 INCH BY 7 INCH HEATER FOR 59.99 .NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. LOOKS SO CHEAP I AM NOT GOING TO EVEN PLUG IT IN . TOTAL RIP OFF .

My husband and I feel ripped off.
What we received is nothing, what you advertised.

took a month to receive heater, i was supposed to get a thermostat with it, had to pay $14 for shipping that was supposed to be free, i doubt it would heat a 5 foot by 5 foot room,,, order number 10322

Must be a scam, paid for two a month ago and have received nothing to date except excuses. Buy something else, don’t throw away your money.

I ordered the heater on 12-2. I still have not received it. I emailed the support team and they said it had been shipped and I should get it before Christmas..nope. I called the phone number and it was a private number. Messaged them again about the phone number and all communication stopped. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not purchase

Never received the heater. They won’t refund. Here is what they said:

Once an order reaches the processing and fulfillment stage in our system, it is already being prepared for shipment, packaged, or handed over to the carrier. At that point, we are no longer able to cancel the order, stop the shipment, or issue a refund.

Since your order has already moved into this stage, we are unable to cancel or refund it at this time. Our system does not allow any changes once the carrier has begun the shipping process.

I ordered the HeyLo heater on 11/24 and it wasn’t received until 12/23/25. I checked tracking and it indicated it was shipped from China. I called customer service number on their website and got a man saying he had no affiliation with HeyLo. When I emailed customer service they said that was not the case and that it was shipped from Canada. My order was to have included a remote control but it wasn’t in the box. I emailed customer support 3 days ago about missing remote and haven’t gotten a response. When I checked about returning it; it said to send it to the following address but no address was listed. Also said IF the return was approved they’d refund. Horrible horrible experience.

this company can't fix a thing about this product they should be arrested on account of fraud ,scam on every level it took 2 months to get here from CHINA first mistake then multiple emails back and forth with them to no resolve the I receive this almost toy like product weighing 9 grams made out of plastic with a heating element on it ,nothing and I mean nothing like it looked like what was advertised also it mention a thermostat that there was none but that's irrelevant because I would not trust to even plug this in. DONT WALK ,RUN FROM THIS THEY SHOULD ALL BE ARRESTED but hey I guess I'm out what I spent on this whatever product but if I can stop anyone else from doing the same it was worth my loss.best of luck

Total scam company!!!!!! Took forever to get product even after I asked for my money back when the product showed up super late it was not even the same product as showed in the ads. It is just a whippy little worthless heater with no thermostat or anything do not waste your money on these scammers they should be shut down. !!!

I ordered 2 heaters in November. I am still waiting on them. I did try to cancel the order, but was told it had already shipped. I wish companies would alert consumers that shipments are coming from foreign countries before purchasing. I finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered two heaters in mid November. I was told my order was processed and shipment was on its way. The tracking company used is 17Track…went to that website for a tracking out of China. I’ve sent two emails to the company and they have apologized twice for misplaced tracking. Yep…I’m feeling like they got my money and I’m not going to get what was advertised. I will update this review IF I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR. For now, I’m beginning to think I fell for the scam
