I got ripped off. 6 months ago and stated going to dispensaries. I decided to place an order with High Club because I wanted a certain brand but looks like I'm ripped off,AGAIN!!!! As soon as I placed the order and sent the etransfer of $189.75 for the order number #118997 July 3, 2026 On Hold $189.75 for 3 items I paid immediately and never got an email for the payment or looking at my dashboard order not even processing. So you ripped me off again and I am sending a copy of the bank transfer that you guys cashed and the details of the order to the BC BBB. Is that why you don't want information in your name that would relate to cannabis? That way we can't contact you to complain about being ripped off AGAIN! Henry Bork 204 799 2383

I recently bought a pound of shake for $120 to make edibles with. The whole pound of product was full of metal shavings and rubber pieces. it pretty much looked like it had been swept off a dirty floor. I’ve messaged Customer service and they were exceptional at rewarding me With $140 credit worth of points to my account

I would AVOID TheHighClub.ca completely. The High Club ripped me off $300 worth of product this week, which will cost much more to replace from my local dispensary. Over 10 ORDERS this year, and this is my FIRST COMPLAINT. When I told TheHighClub what happened they said I was lying. So I sent them my unboxing video as proof. All I wanted was the missing product I paid for! Instead they gave me a $100 credit on my account for my "next" order. Who would order from a company that owes them close to $200? Really unbelieveable that TheHighClub.ca would do this to their customers! Now I have to take from my Christmas money to purchase my medicine! Shameful. I will tell everyone I can to think twice before ordering from The High Club. And read the fine print on their site at TheHighClub.ca
