I was really impressed by the quality of my garage lights which I purchased - however it was the quality of packaging and spread of delivery that made me most impressed.

Well reused packaging to meet good environmental approaches too.

At the back of this review the company contacted me. Without being given an option the lights were refunded.
Unfortunately my mum needs the lights.
So still very unhappy.
If the company would like to contact me again and help I would be so very grateful.

The delivery was weeks late, so the building work was delayed for completion. When arrived, the box was crushed, and all 6 lights I ordered were badly damaged. The electrician said they were unusable. I’ve tried ringing and no response.

The lights are beautiful I really would recommend this company. And the products are beautiful. The Delivery service is fast as well I will be shopping with you again thank you Michelle

Great lights at a super price and fast delivery

The string lights arrived for my Pergola they look very pretty and I am very happy. Only downside was one of the bulbs went out pretty much straight away but other than that a lovely set of lighting!!!

Easy to find the products I wanted. Great communication. Order arrived on time. This is my second order with this company and would use them again.

Great company to deal with product as advertised amazing differance keep up the good work on your product advertisement.

Brilliant service and great lights . Put two up in grooming shed and what a difference it made to trimming.

Very disappointing experience
I ordered a 60m set of festoon lights which was advertised as having 78 bulbs. When they arrived, the product I received did not match what I believed I had ordered from the listing.
What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a lot of unnecessary hassle. I had to contact the company, go backwards and forwards explaining the problem, arrange to return the lights and pay the return postage myself initially. I also had to include paperwork with the return and make sure I had proof of postage and tracking.
The lights were returned and received by the company, and I did eventually receive my full refund of £65.99. However, I then had to chase the separate refund for the return postage that I had been told would be reimbursed.
The whole experience was far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been, particularly when the issue arose because the product received did not match my expectations from the listing.
Unfortunately, the experience has put me off ordering replacement lights from the company, and I won't be purchasing any more this year.

Having just had the front of our house partially rendered in white I was looking for some black wall lights which shone both up and down. I was very excited when I found some on ‘Lights4You’ website, and the price was very good. I ordered two of them and was delighted when they arrived the following day. The look very classy on the wall outside. Also our electrician found them easy to fit.

Fantastic value for money, they look fabulous and have had lots of compliments. Really brighten up our garden.
Delivery was really quick too!
Will definitely buy more especially with the great customer service.

Speedy delivery and a good priced product

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot belive that a company can charge someone 10% to check the lights that have been returned due to ordering the wrong ones and to charge over 5 pound to send back unreal !!!! my sister rang with in 3 mins to say she'd ordered the wrong ones could i cancel the order and they said no it's been dispatched end off so my sister recived and sent it straight back "BOX WAS NEVER OPENED " I've never heard of a company ever charging someone 10 % to check a product this is day light robbery stay clear of this company she still hasn't received her refund on postage as promised! What an absolute disgrace of a company

Stay away from this company. Ordered the wrong item so I messaged them within 2 minutes to say can I cancel the order and re book the correct item. Nope already sent out. Blatant lie cause it wasn’t sent out till 1 hour later. Item received so sent it back. I had to pay £5.45 postage. They told me to keep receipt and they will refund the postage. Another lie. Nope didn’t get it. I had to fight for the refund. Finally got it but the stress with this company is not worth it. Stay away!!! Not worth it. Cheap item as well. Looked like it was from Temu.

Poor company
Lights sent were some Temu/Amazon knock off. Not what I expected for the price tag. The lights didn’t even work. Asked to return, had to pay £9 myself to return. Trying to chase a refund they’ve had for over a week.

Light works well.

Ordered off their website and an amazon package arrived with completely different, cheaply manufactured lights. I had to chase them repeatedly to return the lights and then again chase them for my refund. Avoid the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Absolutely awful.

Bought some under counter lights. The lights were of good quality to be fair. But they didn't match the description. Due to this I emailed them and got a free return label. Ever since sending the lights back they have not issued a refund, not have they contacted me in any way. I have emailed them several times, no response. I have phoned them, no answer (and voice mail box is full so can't leave a message either).

Really really poor service. Cannot recommend in the slightest, if they didn't provide A product initially I would go as far as calling them scammers. They certainly don't hold up to their money back or returns policy. - charge back from bank currently pending.

Edit: As I am unable to reply to Finn below. Please be aware that they did NOT refund me like he stated. The bank took action and approved the charge back. Only after a charge back was initiated TheLights4U emailed me back and begged me to close the charge back request so they could initiate a refund. Not trusting them in the slightest I contacted my bank and asked about this, they advised not to trust them considering the issues I had (once closed a charge back request cannot be reopened) and to let them do their thing. I did that and the bank decided I was in the right and gave me my money back.

Courier failed to ensure package reached me as customer. TheLights4U customer service were contacted via 4 attempted emails, 2 phone calls... Promise made to investigate with the courier and then get back to me. No contact then made. No answer on the customer service phone line and no ability to leave a message. I'm out of pocket, with no product and no recourse to pursue currently. Avoid.
