Placed an order for a Chair Mat a month a go and haven’t received anything. Tried emailing the company with no response. Very disappointing. This service seems to be a scam às others have commented. Avoid.

Do not order the men's laced loafers. They took 5 weeks to arrive! When they arrived they look zero like the photos. Cheap cheap cheap knock offs! £42 down the drain. No customer service to get a refund absolute shambles. Wish I could add a picture to show how laughable the shoes they sent are!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the "Crystal Coffee Mug – CrystalBrew (Purple)" which was advertised as a high-quality crystal mug, but what I received after nearly 3 weeks was a cheap plastic cup with a metal insert. The product looks absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the website.

For £33.90, I expected something much better. This feels like a scam or at the very least false advertising. I’ve contacted customer support with photos and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.

Would not recommend based on this experience. Be careful before ordering!

Bought and paid for item. Item not delivered and no response to 3 emails sent. Tried phoning but number doesn't exist. Company claims to be in Manchester but checked payment details and it appears to be in Hong Kong, so lies on website. Avoid as obviously a scam.

I have emailed 3 times, filled in your response form and tried phoning. Why ask people to email when you don’t respond but have emailed again for 4 th time but not expecting a response

Confirmation email received and then nothing. No delivery of ordered item. No response to emails and their phone number doesn’t work. As previous one star reviewers have noted, it is very suspicious that all 5 star reviews are left by individuals who have only ever written one review.
All previous responses from the company on here, have urged reviewers to reach out to them by email to try and resolve the matter - I would ask them to respond to the emails I have already sent before posting this standard reply.

DO NOT ORDER - the contact number doesn't work and the company have not responded via email when I've attempted to contact them. Previous customers have had similar experiences. Please be advised to check one star reviews before ordering.

Scam company. Apparently unable to deliver to any address with a property name instead of a number despite the property being built in the 1800s and no problems with delivery for any other company. Scam. Avoid. Just hoping I can get a refund as they have had £300 of my money for lights which I suspect do not even exist!!! Ordered over a week ago and keep receiving bot emails asking me again and again to confirm the house number as the address is incomplete which it is not.

After placing an order I received an initial confirmation then NOTHING. I sent multiple emails and called the number on the website and no replies. I went through my bank to get a refund and since still nothing from the company

The company is supposedly based in a house - with a mobile number that isn’t in use. Hmmmm

And in response the their reply below - I’ve emailed 3 times so do not feel the need to email again. Also they’ve stated the mobile number on their site isn’t ever answered as they “keep track on discussions” via email only…. Alarm bells are ringing more than this +447575898326 which is supposedly their contact phone number 🤔
